+ 0 moreHe quoted a price in the beginning of the job, and then in the middle of it he raised the price. He did the partial roof. He did use good materials and did good work on the part that he did. The insurance company approved the work he did but then said they wouldn't pay any more so he was dismissed.
Description of Work: We hired him to patch and replace part of the roof following Hurricane Sandy.
