Polite, honest and great service.

Called and was able to schedule apt within same day within 5hours and was even 5minutes early. Both Carlos and David were professional, courteous, friendly. Narrowed down problem within a few minutes, repaired, tested, and was in and out. Reasonable price and provided multiple payment options.

They were responsive and got the job done quickly.

For knowledge and skill in his craft, I rate him 4.5 stars. But for punctuality, reliability, and communication, I rate him 1.5 stars. I simply do not feel like I can count on him when necessary, as likable as he is and as good as his work may be. Suffice it to say, I lost the equivalent of 2 1/2 FULL DAYS waiting around for him for various appointments and follow up visits.

I called Abrue air and carlos came by the house check my system and gave me three options that were very fair. send his tech's Marvin and Nestor who are excellent young tech's who install the system in a very professional manner. I highly recommend carlos and his tech's.

I hired another company to go and assess an air conditioner leak issue, had to pay them to just go review the situation and then received a quote which was clearly high. I called Abreu Air and ultimately they did the job for a very fair price ($350 compared to the $850 the other company quoted). They also got it done same day and with very little hassle. The guys were incredibly professional, quick and they did a quality job. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a quality, honest and reasonable HVAC professional.

I entered my request on Home Advisor and Carlos called me right away. He got some details from me for my job and was at the home on the same day to fix a furnace that was not working properly. The work was minor but Carlos came right away and did the work. Very effective and accommodating and great service. I would definitely recommend him and would use Carlos again in the future for any additional work. This was a very good experience.

Was very accommodating and kept the lines of communication open especially since I was out of town with my elderly mom and son at home with a malfunctioning unit. They were thorough with their troubleshooting and turns out it was something minor. I appreciate the honesty and work ethic. I donâ t take the time to leave many reviews, but I wanted to leave this one.

Had a few radiators cracked and asked them to find a replacement for the antiquated ones in our house. They were very courteous and Professional; worked with me on finding one within reasonable time and budget. They even went out of their way to finish and address all new found issues with the job irrespective of the time of night.. Worked 12 hrs straight to fix all broken radiators on that zone and also came back the next day for the promised follow up. Very thorough. A separate issue resulted in another zones faulty controller.. They thouroughly investigated the route cause and switched it out that same afternoon. We had that zone working the same day prior to the anticipated deep freeze.

Carlos and his team did a great job. This started as a late call from a tenant with a leaky radiator and morphed into a more significant isssue. Abreau Air was flexible with timing, and that kind of accommodation makes a world of difference. Carlos explained everthing in a way that was very professional and trust-inspiring. I would definitely work with this company again.

Prompt, courteous and did what they said they would.

Extremely overpriced. The technicians were knowledgeable and came on time. Did diagnostics and found that a Super boost capacitor will do the job of starting the compressor. After the job was done, they asked me $270 for a 15 min job. Are you crazy? This is a rip off. The super boost cap is $10 online and even if u charge 3 or 4 times the price, its fine. But 20 times the price of the capacitor???????? Feel sorry for the technicians.

Phil was very knowledgeable and hardworking Our air conditioner had an electrical problem probably from the outages in spring He tracked all the problems down - not easy- and fixed all. He was excited to understand complex problem and do repair, nice enthusiastic guy! Price was very reasonable

They called and said they were running late and arrived within about 20 minutes of the scheduled time. The technicians were professional but when the time came to pay they couldn't provide a receipt of the work that was done. I called the owner in the morning and explained I need a receipt at 11:13 am and provided my email address and he advised he would email me a receipt. I texted him again at 2:52 pm, to state I had not received the receipt he advised that he would send it me one once he got back at the office. I provided him with an alternate email address and I have not heard from him since. I have lodged a complaint with your company and I am waiting to hear back from you. I was very disappointed in the service from the office to charge me $260.00, and not provide a receipt to explain what the charge was for. I would not recommend his service to anyone else. I feel bad because the technicians were extremely professional and I wanted to tip them but his profile said he accepts credit cards, but he stated the machine was broke so I had no choice but to pay with a check. By using your service I assumed that your people had verified his credentials, but obviously not because everybody provides a receipt. I await your response. Well I finally got a receipt on Sunday at 5:54 pm. That's all I will say.

Last year I got both of units maintenance service 30mns job by AJ Perry for the same price but Abreu seems to only do one for the price of one. I wish I knew before I hired them. I must admit they came same day I called and very professional.

Very professional, he's done many projects for me, always. He's one of my best contractors.
