We did have one problem, but they rectified it right away. They didn?t hve to cut holes for any causes.

These folks were outstanding. Rich Lofredo was friendly and came out the same day I called. Whereas other prospective contractors were quick to quote expensive and unnecessary repairs (one even told me to replace my ten year old furnace), Rich immediately put me at ease by quoting only the work necessary to re-mediate the situation. In addition, in the case of the initial job, he was willing to work directly with the company supplying the replacement parts under warranty. A lot of contractors won't touch work like this - they lose their margin on the parts and don't want to invest the time to work with a third party. Rich, on the other hand, understood my situation and worked directly with the manufacturer to insure the proper solution. His field crew showed up on both occasions at their scheduled time and were very polite and highly professional. They did the job right and cleaned up when they were done. I strongly recommend Volpe and look forward to doing business with them again.
