RELIABLE RAIN LLC

All went very well! We got estimates from a few different companies and Jim and Reliable Rain were referred through a close friend of ours. Jim came out and took the time to explain to me the different zone set-ups, pricing and timing.
We decided to go with them because of both the competitive price and personal referral. He and the team, including his son, did a fast installation and took the time to train me on the timer system. I had some questions about a month later and Jim stopped by to walk me through the recommended length of watering times etc. As they closed and opened the system, they found a couple of issues that I didn't even know of and adjusted the heads so they worked properly.
So far, so good - the one thing I really learned is that I should have installed sprinklers years ago.

Jim showed up promptly at the appointment time.He checked out the unit and soon found out that it wasnt working as the wire was pulled off. Once he plugged that in and change the battery, he asked me if I wanted him to check the whole setup.
I gave him the go ahead and he then proceeded to check the whole system out.
He checked everything out and gave me an estimate of the cost involved in fixing it.
He did a great job of fixing and replacing the parts that needed replacing.
The cost is not cheap but the service is good.

Jim was on time for his initial meeting. His pricing was very competitive. I have had Jim out a couple of times to make minor adjustments based on our individual needs. Jim is very responsive and patient. I would recommend Jim and Reliable Rain very highly.

We have used Reliable Rain for many years. Jim is fantastic. He is always prompt, thorough in opening and closing our six zone irrigation system each spring and fall and fair prices. He is meticulous in putting on his "shoe booties" everytime he reenters the house, to go back down the stairs to where our central irrigation control is located in the basement, and then back up the stairs and either out the front or out the back door, depending on which zone he is testing.

When a sprinkler head or misting head needs replacing - the cost is extremely reasonable. Nothing like our previous irrigation service company - where every visit seemed to cost north of $500.

Reliable Rain is exactly that RELIABLE. Fair priced and SUPER SERVICE - once you try Reliable Rain, you will wonder why you ever used anyone else.(He also gets a laugh when our one dog tries to "drink" from the sprinklers!).
