The vendor took 5 days to install windows using one worker. Each window sill was measured one monthe earlier before ordering the windows to be manufactured. Each new window has a unique serial number which enables the vendor to return to the factory for replacements. One window came damaged from the factory and was remanufactured and installed about 2 weeks afterwards. The vendor did extremely well cleaning up and taking away old materials. I have used this company twice before. We are very satisfied with their service and subsequent replacements and repairs. I was comfortable with leaving the worker alone in our house of worship to work.

They were good. They were attentive to my needs and worked with me on what I wanted. They were clean and reliable. There was not a single problem. They were within the contract agreement for time and budget.
