This business is a complete train wreck!!! STAY AWAY!!! Owner is an absolute nightmare to deal with!! If you get involved with this business, you were warned. One look at their offices and condition of their business should be enough to make you RUN. They told me 2 weeks to fabricate and install countertops. They were completely uncooperative, unprofessional and belligerent throughout the process. I have emails and text messages that all prove the lies and the unprofessional and discourteous attitude and business practices of this owner. I would be happy to share with anyone who wants to see. It took 4 months and starting legal proceedings to finally get the countertops installed, only to find out that they damaged the island countertop and did not disclose the damage until I saw it and called them out on it. Repeated no show and no communication. The total fabrication is horrible. During installation they damaged my cabinets and never returned to repair them. If they didn't already have my slabs, I would have abandoned them and used ANY other fabricator I could find. It is my fault, I should have read the online reviews on yelp about this business, it seems she treats all of her customers the same way. I take responsibility for using this business, but want to warn any potential customer to be aware of this nightmare. This business doesn't even deserve 1 star. I want my cabinets repaired and I want financial restitution for the undisclosed damage done to the island countertop. I attached pictures of the damage to the stone and to the cabinets.

Very well. Got the top quality and fair price right. They were very responsive when we had problems and spot on with their design recommendations. Very nice crews. The bathroom project dragged on longer than predicted, but it was done right and holding up well after 2 years now.

We had pinkish tan 10" square tile on our kitchen floor with very light grout. Our kitchen is a galley kitchen and corridor. We have a dog and cat. Therefore, the floor never looked clean. The team at Passeri are very helpful. I visited the store several times and talked with Othello, Michelle and Paul. They all know their inventory and have very good design sense. They are all very friendly and will provide as much advice as is needed. Paul Passeri suggested a tile, we hired them to install, and the kitchen looks terrific! We highly recommend Passeri. They will help you from design through install. The tile installer, Vito, was excellent.

This is my second purchase from Passeri, first was a few years ago, granite countertops and tile backsplash. This time was for quartz countertops for my bathrooms and some floor tile. It is a family owned and operated business and they are very helpful with selections and patient with questions. Installers were courteous and rectified any issues in a timely professional manner. I highly recommend Passeri and I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service and price . I am very pleased with my new countertop

They were very accomodating as they tried to help me get the installation done ASAP by ordering a slab to their showroom rather than me go to the distributer first. Unfortunately the coloration wasn't what I was looking for so I had to go to a different distributor to check out what I was looking for. They made sure I was going to be happy with the product I was purchasing. Ultimately they worked their hardest to fit me in as quickly as possible and did an oustanding job fabricating the countertops. They're perfect.

Passeri Tile was great. Tile was delivered to provider's location as promised. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They have great selection of tile. I would definitely use again.

Excellent variety of tile. The tile we chose arrived a week after order with no issues, and looks great.
Excellent choice of granite too. Passeri is a small business though, and it took a couple weeks to get on the measurement schedule and a couple more weeks for fabrication and installation to happen. But we were in no rush, both quality and price are great, and the granite is beautiful.
