I was initially impressed with the work that was done. The issue is that after 2 1/2 years stress cracks started to occur. I informed them in March 2016 that I was seeing stress cracks in my driveway when I scheduled the driveway to be sealed. The technician that came to seal the driveway in April 206 looked at the cracks and said they were too small to do anything about it. The cracks continued to grow. I attempted to contact them via phone on August 24, 2016 and did not hear back from them. I gave them a few days to respond before sending a follow up email with pics of the cracks on August 29, 2016. Again, I have had no response from them. At this point, I would not recommend North Jersey Bomanite to perform any concrete work. I paid almost $15,000 for a concrete driveway since I felt it was an investment that would last for years and add value to my house. Now I have stress cracks which tells me that this is a workmanship problem. The worst part is that this comp[any does not even have the courtesy to respond to my phone call or emails. I would avoid this company like the plague. I could have replaced my asphalt driveway multiple times for the price of this stamped concrete driveway. I have attached pics of the stress cracks. I am currently looking into what legal action options are available.

Everything was going fine until I left for work on the day the cement was being poured. I should have known better than to leave construction workers but I really had to be in the office. When I came home I saw they had stamped the wrong pattern. Not only was it the wrong pattern but of all the patterns available it was the worst possible pattern. I cried but I understood I would have to live with this awful pattern, it could not be fixed. The owner offered to rip it up the following summer but I could not imagine destroying my backyard yet again so decided to live with it. Since I had already paid the last payment the agreement was that the company would install a very nice retaining wall on the corner of the patio needing it and I picked out nice stone for it. After months of calls and emails which went unreturned my husband and I gave up. We are not litigious people so we just went and hired someone to give us a simple paver retaining wall. Then things got worse. The cement started chipping and disintegrating. The only thing we heard from the company was an email suggesting we pay them to seal the patio. At this point I think the whole thing will disintegrate in the next few years and I will have to install a deck which is probably what I should have done in the first place....very very disappointed, this was hard earned money, we are not rich people and this patio was a very big investment for us.

They initially did the stamped concrete as part of my pool refurbish. From day 1 the coloring was chipping out of the finish. Not done right. For 5 years I've fought with them and they just don't care. So, they come to refinish, and instead just apply a clear coat in the hot sun which bubble up the finish making it look horrible. And the nerve to charge $1,000 for a service that they failed to do even with 1/10 the level of pride and workmanship they should
