We also used New View to replace 20 windows in the rest of the house 3 years ago. This was done in one day and we have had no issue with the quality of the workmanship or the windows themselves. We are very happy with their service and quality of work.
A contractor came a few weeks later to do detailed measurement and found the jams on some windows had to be built up for the windows to fit properly. This was a key step because if the contractor didn't find the issue with the jams, the windows wouldn't in the openings. They were very detailed here.
A team of 3 contractors came to install 4 windows, total time was just over a half day. They were detailed and thorough. They cleaned up all of the mess they made. At the end of the day the lead contractor showed me how to take the screens out and how the tilt feature works.
Dealing with New View was much easier than other contractors I have dealt with. Only small minus is the price.
"We are a bit confused by this review? At no time was New View contracted to install new storm doors on this property. However, New View did install new entry doors at the entire location and flashing was applied to the exterior. Before, during, and after the installation all doors and flashing were inspected by independent and unbiased outside architects and engineers. All doors and flashing were approved."
