NEVER EVER CALLED BACK. I had to call so many times to reach or get an answer. Never buying from him again. I should've been told it was two different rugs put together before paying $2,200.

It went fantastically well. Peter, our salesman, was so knowledgeable and helpful and he really knows his inventory. The store is well set up, clean and it was easy to see all the various samples. Highly recommend Moomjy. The installation people (Raul and Alberto) came exactly when promised and were so professional and did an excellent job.

SELECTION PROCESS WAS FUN AND EASY. PETER AND ROBERT ARE BOTH GREAT TO WORK WITH. FEELS LIKE A FAMILY BUSINESS WHERE YOUR SATISFACTION IS THEIR FIRST CONCERN. tHE INSTALLERS SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED QUICKLY AND WELL.

After the installation, the glue was not removed properly from the floors. At first the we're trying too tell me that it was my responsibility to remove the glue. Luckily I paid with a credit card and issued a complaint. It was then that they came and had the flooring people came and sent people in to properly clean the floors. However, I would have gotten no satisfaction from Mr. Moomjy if I was not able to withhold $10,000 that I had put on my Am Ex.

Floor Smart was pretty. They had some of the better carpet at reasonable prices. David was our salesperson and was very accommodating. It took about a week longer than they anticipated to get the carpet installed which was a drag but when it went in, it was like we lived in a whole new house. We had some issues with the stretching and the installer came out on a Sunday to fix it which was really great.
