Excellent work The crew showed up on time at 8:00 AM. Tarps were put down across all areas where they were working. They had all 13 windows fully installed and sealed by 3:00 in the afternoon. The workers made sure to vacume after each window was installed and even helped move furniture back in place.

Everything from start to finish was great! Mike their Sales Rep helped me choose an affordable window & door product and was quick to respond and answer any questions I had. The installation team was extremely professional -- they installed the windows & door over 2 days and were always on-time and took good care to leave my home neat and clean after the work was completed. I'm also very pleased with the window & door construction as well. I would definitely work with them again and would recommend them to others!

Lifetime Aluminum was very pleasant to work with in installing a replacement door. There was no and quot;upsaleand quot; by the person I worked with, just an effort to understand what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. The shower is an older one piece, and I could find no drop-in replacements at any of the chain hardware stores. Additionally, some of the other places I talked with wanted over $100 just to come and measure for their estimate, and were talking about shower doors costing almost twice as much as Lifetime's bid.
The installer arrived to measure the opening accurately and found that the shower entrance was not quite square, but there was no additional charge for the not-quite-square opening. The shower door installation took a few hours since the old door had to be removed and the area around the shower door thoroughly cleaned before the new one was installed.
The job was completed to my full satisfaction and all old materials were removed.
I highly recommend Lifetime Aluminum for it's actually listening to the customer, having a fair price, and doing excellent work.

It's excellent, they're very good. I like the quality materials, they're professional, experienced staff, people that knew what they were doing, they put a lot of retrofit work and no issues at all. The price was reasonable. I have used them in the past and I use them this time, I would in the future and I would recommend them.

He is trustworthy. He did what he said he was going to do and came when he said he was going to come. His price was reasonable. His quality was excellent. They did even put fun in there too.

The previous remodel, done circa 1982, by a prior owner had numerous corners cut and the windows and door especially were in bad shape. Lifetime Aluminum and Matt's Glass did an amazing job correcting these errors and drastically improving our kitchen windows.
We initially had Renewal by Anderson come in and and quot;educateand quot; us about replacement windows. Unfortunately, they were our first estimate and use an EXTREMELY aggressive sales tactic. This being our first major improvement, we didn't want to skimp and agreed to their and quot;one time onlyand quot; deal. We then had immediate buyer's remorse and fortunately had a 3 day escape clause. I then contacted Matt's Glass based on a recommendation from a friend. Rick came out looked at our kitchen and you could see the wheels turning in his head as he thought about options. It was his idea to replace the 2 joining double hungs with one large slider. He gave us the option of numerous companies and showed their quality ratings and where each company fit in budget wise. Being that we are on a tight budget, he helped us find quality windows where we weren't paying solely for a name. When Rick called me with the options and prices, I was stunned. We were able to choose the higher end choices he provided and upgrade to triple panes and the price came in less than half of what we had agreed to with Renewal by Anderson. (It was a third of what Renewals initial estimate came out to!)
Glenn showed up to install everything today. He and his crew were prompt and showed up when they said. They have been extremely neat and careful not to make any unnecessary mess. I am so excited by their work that I couldn't wait to write this review. They created a special platform and used padding to lay over my wife's brand new farmhouse sink so that they wouldn't accidentally damage it. The windows look amazing and they are so meticulous and precise about each measurement. They are even allowing me to stand around looking over the shoulders and they answer all my dumb questions without any sign of annoyance. They still need to return in a few weeks to finish up interior trim work but that is because we had a delay with our floor install.
I would recommend Matt's Glass and Lifetime Aluminum to anyone who needs window.

They were a very good company. I would use them again. They were very professional.

We went with 4 estimates. Lifetime was next to the lowest estimate. Their salesman was excellent, gave us 3 options, and sketched out drawings of each making it much easier to visualize the results (which the others had not done). Once the order was placed, the windows were available in about two weeks and installation was completed, as promised, "before the Christmas holidays". Even though we had had a significant snowfall just prior to installation the work and cleanup, both interior and exterior, was done with complete satisfaction.

Started and finished their work on time. There were some issues with the reinstallation of interior trim but overall am very satisfied with their work.

They're cheap and good. The doors hang nicely, no gaps, no draughts. They turned up when they said they did. The store owners are pretty friendly. The door selection was good.

WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PRICE AND THE QUALITY OF THE NEW STORM WINDOWS THAT THEY INSTALLED AND WE RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. THEY WERE EVEN WILLING TO WORK ON HOLIDAYS TO MAKE SURE THAT JOB GOT FINISHED ON TIME.
