Work was provided on time with excellent results.

Don Kemper, owner arrived promptly as scheduled. He selected the least costly option and repaired the problem quickly. He was skillful and practical and made the repair for the least expensive option. He has 50 years of experience which is obvious in his work. Don was a pleasure to deal with!

Prompt, courteous and reasonably priced.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it.  Don even gave my children flashlights!
I would use Kemper Electric again in the future.

I called Don as a result of seeing the great reviews and that he was local in my town.  He promptly returned my call and made it a point to accomodate my schedule, coming by on a Sunday afternoon to look at what was needed and to give me an estimate.  He made a great first impression, and gave me a firm and reasonable price for the work.  He came by a few days later, fitting me into his busy schedule, and took care of everything for the promised price and even did some extra work at no charge.  He took the time to layout the job properly and when it was done all was perfect and cleaned up. I have already decided to use him for some additional projects at my house.  I gladly recommend him to everyone.

He arrived on time (in fact he was early). Handled all repairs and. Checked my electric panel to insure that it had not been damaged by water leakage due to missing roof cap. Was very easy to work with. I will definitely call him next time I need electrical work.

In early June, Kemper Electric (Don) did a complete electrical upgrade for me, including replacement of the electrical panel, as well as all entrance cables, ground connections, etc., to bring the new electric service fully up to code. 
From start to finish, Don was a pleasure to work with.  He was extremely responsive to my initial request for information, punctual (for both the free estimate and complete job) and thorough in his work.  I was completely pleased and impressed.  More importantly, the town inspector who came by thereafter to confirm that the work was done properly said that Don did "a helluva job, better than most."
Best yet, perhaps, Don's price for the job was more reasonable than the other two contractors that I contacted - - both highly rated, local electricians recommended on Angie's List.
I would most certainly call Don first for any other electrical need and have already recommended him to my neighbor for another job.

I was very happy with his work.  He installed wiring for a wall microwave.  He did a great job and was reasonably priced.

They were wonderful, patient and took their time to find the problem and they did!   We would definitely utilize them again and feel confident that we have found our family electrician!  Highly recommend!

Don is prompt, responsive, and very professional! I originally contacted him to fix the recessed lighting in my kitchen (he installed two LED lights), but I was so happy with the outcome that I asked him to come back to install the same light in my hallway. His estimates were accurate, and he got the job done quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I would use him again in a heartbeat, and I would highly recommend him to family/friends.

Don did a great job.  He did everything he said he'd do and more.  Everything was easy and as advertised; the initial appointment, the  quote (right there and then), agreeing to a work date, the job itself and when one of my electrical outlets wasn't working (loose wire due to shear number in tight space) - he came right back out.  He apologized for not checking it before he left - unnecessary as it was me that asked him to finish asap as I had a last minute appointment pop-up.
I really appreciated his no-nonsense approach - keep it simple, go in, get the job done as promised and get out.  Kept a clean working environment and offered solutions when we ran into some unforeseen issues; ceiling joist in the way of new location.

Don was a professional from the first phone call. He knows his stuff.  When face with a non working chandelier, Don recommended taking a picture of it and then taking the picture to my local lighting store. What a great idea!!. I found out that it would cost me $300  to have it repaired. Instead, I used by store coupon to purchase a new chandelier.
After I have my chandelier, I called Don back with what I wanted done. He was able to give me a quote over the phone. He was also available to do the work on Columbus Day....  a day off for me.......
Don called me  the morning that the work was to be done. He arrive on time and went right to work. Don was done with everything in less than 2 hours. The price he quoted me was the same one I paid.

Don is very professional, from the timeliness of him returning a phone call to the estimate to the actual work. During the estimate, he gave us several ideas that we had not thought of. When the work started (which took only one day), Don was on the job himself with one helper. They did great work and were very diligent about keeping the area clean, even asking for the furniture to be covered where they would be working. His price was very reasonable and we would definitely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I've used him in the past, so I knew what I was getting.  He arrived on time, was very neat and professional.  I will refer him to family and friends in the future.  I also plan on doing more work (generator hook up) in the near future and he will be the one I call.  Very satisfied with the service as well as the PRICE!

Don was able to correct the electrical issue in 20 minutes. I had two other electricians try to fix and were unsuccessful .Don came promptly the morning after I called for service.

GREAT !!  Don was very helpful did a careful job quickly and charged a very fair price. Much less than an another estimate I got from an another electrician.  He called back as soon as I called him and was able to come by the next day and do the work. Very pleased.

 Don returned my call quickly on a Saturday morning and we arranged to meet Monday morning. Don was punctual and explained the best way to install the outlet and gave us an estimate. We agreed on his proposal and he went to work right away and he completed the install quickly. He even fixed our doorbell at no extra charge. Overall excellent experience!

We received a very prompt response to our request for a quote, and was visited the next day to review the job and get a quote.  The quote was very reasonable, and came in less than other quotes we received.  The Kemper team was helpful in suggesting options to get the most out of what we were looking for in lighting.  We were able to schedule the job to be done just a day or two later.  The Kemper team arrived early, and worked quickly and cleanly.  All of the work came out great, and we are very pleased with the entire experience.  I will definitely use them again for future jobs.

Called for an estimate and call was returned promptly.  Don (owner) came out for the estimate.  He was very knowledgeable and professional.  Felt comfortable with him.  Hired him on the spot.  The price was fair. Someone I could trust.  Arrived to do the job on time. I was very pleased with his work.  He finished in a day and cleaned up throughly.  Would highly recommend to friends and family.  I will use him in the future for the recessed lighting I want to install.   A++++
