They were very good. They were very efficient and quick. I got a price quote and they exactly followed it. They installed the windows and it took them less than half a day to put them in. I have two picture frame windows that I had installed and everything was done exactly as I said. They took the old windows out and they put the new ones in half a day and I have no problems, no leakage of border or air and they put the insulation around it and they filled it properly. They were the best people I've ever actually come in contact with as far as I had something done for the home.

The people in the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. The people who installed it came on time, did their job and were out of here quickly. A year later we have no complaints and we like the carpet. We would absolutely hire them again and have hired them before.

Took much longer than suggested. Order was wrong and took time to correct so savings coupon could not be used. Door is not sealed tight now. Selected standard door and alterations to frame. Could have done the opposite and had door custom made. People at customer service were not sympathetic and not helpful.

Home Depot very disorganized. Flooring department very busy. I had to wait excess of 45 minutes and come back a second time to process my measurement. After measurement, I had to work with Customer Service Order Desk, which is woefully understaffed. One person handling all of the flooring installations, including ordering tile, carpet, hardwood, etc and sub. I had to call at least 2x per day to get info on my materials order, estimate, and install date. Home Depot uses American Hard Surfaces as flooring installation sub-contractor. Quality of work was acceptable. Installers worked hard. However, when installers arrived at my home, they were not aware of the full scope, they had to remove tile as well. Also, installers could not communicate sufficiently in English. I chose Home Depot because it had the lowest installation price and national brand name reliability, but if you value better customer service and best quality of installation, I recommend elsewhere.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS, PROMPT, AND PUNCTUAL. THEY MADE SURE TO REMOVE ANY DEBRIS THAT WAS LEFT OVER FROM THEIR WORK, THEY DIDN'T LEAVE ANYTHING FOR US TO CLEAN UP. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. THEY GOT THE WORK DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY CLEANED UP WELL. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY ARE ALSO VERY RELIABLE.

THEY WERE A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THEM A LOW GRADE IS BECAUSE WHEN THEY FIRST CAME OUT THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG COLOR OF CARPET. THEY HAD TO COME BACK TEAR UP THE CARPET THAT THEY INSTALLED AND PUT A DIFFERENT COLOR IN.

THIS COMPANY WAS PRETTY GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. THE WORK ALMOST TURNED OUT PERFECT. A FEW THINGS WEREN'T RIGHT AND THEY ARE CORRECTING IT.
