Jeff and his son were simply terrific.  This was the first time I had had a problem with the main sewer backing up into the basement.  Fortunately, I found Hanover Sewer and Drain on Angie's List.  I thought that this was going to be a major problem given we just had 30 inches of snow fall from the blizzard of 2016.  From my first call through job completion, Jeff and his son were knowledgeable and professional.  I did call two other companies, but am so happy I selected Hanover.  Jeff and his son were pleasant, efficient, and really know their trade.  I learned a few things while they were at my home.  Their honesty and integrity came through.  And, their price was very reasonable.  Based upon my experience, I would not hesitate calling Hanover.  You will be very happy you did.  I am very satisfied and would use them again.

I contacted Hanover sewer & drain to clear sink drain in a half bath that has been clogged for years.  I  tried several times myself to snake it and was unable to clear it.  This company was referred by a friend.  Their receptionist quickly booked an appointment for me.  The repairmen called several times to update me on the arrival time and then arrived when expected.    They were able to quickly clear the drain and it has been working fine ever since.  Overall they did a great job at a great price.  I will definitely use them again and will refer to my friends.

Our house sits on a downward sloping hill and our sewer line has backed up more than once.  We've been calling on Hanover for an annual cleaning since realizing this is a problem that isn't going away.  Our calls are answered promptly, Jeff the owner shows up as soon as possible and the cleaning is accomplished.  He's very pleasant and professional.
