Some people were very good there and some people were not.  We took computers in to have them cleaned of viruses.  They didn't do a good job.  We ended up having to take the computers back four times.  They weren't very efficient in removing the viruses.  We took it back to them twice or three times and then took it to another one that did a better job on them.  The first time they just kept running the same program till we changed the computer and it was the same problem.  They were responsive. 

I thought I was covered by the extended warranty I bought with the Geek Squad. It turns out that "Black Tie Service" is limited to hardware, and "Ask an Agent" does not cover email questions. So, to get help with an email question, I would need to make an additional purchase. Since I was in great need, I asked to be transferred to the purchase-line. I gave up after 45 minutes on hold.

I wasn’t particularly impressed about anything. They just accomplished what I needed them to do. Their customer service is great. I remember I was waiting for them in the line for a long time and there was some confusion about something. It was a little disorganized. I do remember the work was done and I was satisfied with the work that was done. They managed to fix the issue. They were confident but they just weren’t that professional. I would use their services again in the future.

They sold me the router. I think I spent $150 on the labor. They did a good job. They were professional to the point. They came in and did what they had to do. They provided explanation and good service. They cleaned up well. They did what I needed them to do and they did it well. They came out on time. I will use them again in the future.

He was here on time and spent 2 full hours working on the two computers until he got the network and the two computers and the printer working perfectly. He was very polite, on time, friendly and extremely professional. He wrote down all the settings for each device in case we needed them.

My experience with the Geek Squad was good. They called me I think about two days after I gave them my computer and had everything all fixed for me. I was glad because by using them, I saved myself the money of going out and buying a brand new computer. They were really great. They even explained everything to me and took the time to make sure I understood everything they did. They also told me how to prevent the same thing from happening again in the future.

The people at Geek Squad Incorporated are fantastic. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The man they sent out came to my residence and had the thing in good working order in a very quick time considering all he did. He was very thorough and stayed to make everything was in perfect working order.

We thought it would take the Geeks more time to figure out what was wrong with our computer, so we were nervous at first to leave it with them. They called us that same day though to update us and report to us what was going on with it. Then we told them to do the repairs and whatever they did they must have done correctly because it has never done that again. We were very pleased with their performance. We also expected a much larger bill from them. Most of the time places will charge you at least one hundred dollars per hour. They probably worked for us three or four hours and we only paid around a hundred dollars total so we were impressed with that. We also did let them know we bought our computer from Best Buy though, so I do not know if this makes a difference or not.

I was very happy with this place. Not only did they solve my problem, but they pretty much took my machine and worked on it right away since I told them I needed to have access to my stored items later on that day. I thought that was great and I felt like they prioritized me. I really could not have beat what they charged me either.

The Geek Squad could improve slightly by being more accessible to customers during the week who have questions they need to be answered. Otherwise, I was pleased with them. I just think they need to hire some more staff to help run things at least during the week. I do think they are capable though of handling computer jobs and they are who I will continue to use in the future.

The Geek Squad did a good job for me. I used to be a manager for a computer company, so I would have thought that I could have prevented this type of thing from happening in the first place. Anyway, aside from it taking a few attempts for the Geek Squad to fix my problem, I was satisfied. I would use them again probably because I have no other choice. I haven't really found any other major places in this area to do such repairs. They charged me the minimum they could have though so in general, I was pretty happy with them. Overall, I would say I had a pretty geeky experience.

The Geek Squad was really good to me. They operate out of an electronics store. We were thankful to them. We have heard rumors that they are good, but that it takes them forever to accomplish tasks. In our situation, I am happy to say that they not only resolved our problems for us, but they did so in such a short time frame. It was really great.

When they came out they did an excellent job. I was thrilled at how fast they were able to complete the work. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional.

I paid more than I planned to, but the service good and the man was very nice.

The agent was prompt and very polite. However, he performed work we had not asked him to perform. He was hired to diagnose and repair a slow-running computer. When he left, the computer was inoperable. Every call to Geek Squad since then produces a different story on what happened and what to do to fix it. The matter is in dispute with Geek Squad and resolution is still pending.

Brian, from the South Setauket NY Best Buy, arrived on time the day after we requested the appointment and spent three hours working on analyzing and setting up a network that would be compatible with diverse equipment on two different platforms. He was efficient, thorough, polite, pleasant, knowledgeable, and worth every cent we paid!

They did what they said they were going to do. They were complete. The computer was better than when we first got it.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH BEST BUY HAS BEEN PRETTY GOOD. I LIKED BOTH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND THEIR PRICES. I HAVE USED BEST BUY IN THE PAST AND I PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

THEY'RE A VERY GOOD COMPANY AND THEY HAVE REALLY HIGH QUALITY SERVICE. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK WE HAD THEM DO ON OUR COMPUTER AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT SINCE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I WAS SATISFIED. THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND KNEW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND ACCOMPLISH WHAT WE WANTED THEM TO DO BECAUSE WE COULD NOT DO IT OURSELVES.
