2 guys showed up, on time. The second guy I presume was probably interning, since they didn't charge me for him. The work was completed on time, in 45 minutes, and professionally. The experienced guy un-installed the existing fan and installed the new fan. The second guy mainly just assembled the new fan. Showed me how the new fan operates, since it had a remote unlike the earlier one, and speeds were controlled through it. Cleaned up well after the work was completed.

We are just now learning about how screwed up our electric wiring was done in some of our rooms in our house.  Our can lights were wired illegally, our thermostats were wired incorrectly, and our current electrician is now having to fix all of the work.  We used an electrician from this company three years ago when we first moved into our house.  We ended up letting him go, due to the fact that he put a ton of holes in our wall when he was attempting to hang our flat screen television.  I am sure we will end up spending a fortune trying to correct all of the mistakes this company made.  Unless you want to fix numerous mistakes, you should probably think twice about using Fralley Electric.  I completely regret paying this provider.

Russ showed up right on time after calling me on telling me he was on his way. Showed him the 6 items that needed fixing in our new house. Left the house was called by him when he had 1 item left. Got back work was done as we discussed. Paid him for 2 hours worth of work and materials. Pricing was very fair work outstanding. By the way I had called 4 other providers who either did not show up for appointments or did not return my calls. I will absolutely use Fralley again. And Stacy who handles the phones there is a pleasure to deal with.

Every work they they did is great.  They arrived 5 - 10 minutes before the appointment time, waiting outside (in the car) till the exact appt time, listened my needs, explanations and requests very carefully. They are very professional. I am impressed.

Like many people in the Northeast, I had several days without power after hurricane Sandy hit. I was getting ready for a heart bypass at the time and was concerned that I would need an oxygen concentrator for some time after the operation. Fortunately, power was back on before that date. Still, I had no idea what would happen in the future and did not want to be in a position of needing support that depended on electrical power. LIke many people in this area, I chose to install an emergency backup generator.
Of the three quotes I got (all for 20 KW generators), two were about $14,500. Fralley Electric was initially more expensive. BUT, his was the only company that included the cost of burying the electrical and natural-gas lines connected to the generator. The other two simply ran pipes across the back of the house, where they would be exposed to the elements and open to damage.
However, I found a cheaper source for doing the ditching. Tha company was already installing buried drain pipe for the downspouts and could add on the generator ditching for $500. This brought Fralley's costs in line with the others. He worked with the ditching company to coordinate their work with his.
Fralley Electric handled all the required permits and inspections and installed the generator and electrical connections in one day. It took awhile for the final city approval to be done, which is why this rating is a little late.
The subcontractors and various inspectors were all satisfied with the work and the preparation, and no re-work or delays were encountered. I tested the recommended generator (Kohler) and it ran the entire house, including central air conditioner, without any problems. I also tested the automatic start and switchover by disconnecting the power feed from the grid, and the automatic switch started the generator within 20 seconds, and when it was up to speed, fed power to the house.
All in all, I was very impressed with Fralley's work and the professional way it was done. I have no problem recommending the company nor the generator.

The work was done perfectly. When the existing ceiling fan was removed, it dripped some oil on our stone floor. I called Scott Fralley about this and he sent over a highly qualified mason to remove the stains. The mason did a great job and Scott absorbed the cost. (I've misplaced his contact info, but I highly recommend the mason. Contact Scott Fralley for info.) I will definitely use Fralley Electric again.

We contacted Fralley Electric twice. Both times we were promised a return call which never came. Since we did not call other contractors while waiting for the promised call, we lost precious time in getting an estimate.
Although we can understand delays due to the heavy demand after Hurricane Sandy, we cannot excuse failure to meet commitments. All other contractors we called either scheduled a visit or honestly said they could not get to us for some time.

They are excellent, and I have always been satisfied with them. I don’t have to worry. I like everything about them. They are professional and punctual, and know what they are doing. They go above and beyond in their service. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Said they would be here at 10:30 and showed up at 3:00. When they disconnected the 220, they did something to make the dishwasher stop working. Even though they'd only been there 20 minutes, they said they didn't have time to stay to fix the problem and I would have to reschedule them. Then they didn't show up for the rescheduled appointment. When I called them, they said I had gotten they date wrong and it would be another week before they could come out. I told them forget it and I'm looking for another electrician.

They were fast and courteous when they came out. They were good, but the charged us a lot for the work. I was pleased though that they were able to get it done right the first time. I think they were professional and accurate with all of the work. I would recommend them to other people.

They sent 2 people- not sure if they were both electricians. Right on time and very polite. They were at my home about half an hour. When I asked about the charge, they said they did not know and I would receive a bill in the mail. I should have asked about the amount up front, but I did not think of it since we were in the middle of moving. I had also requested a quote at the same time to upgrade the electric service to our home. The 2 who arrived said they could not do this but would have someone come out later. I have never heard back from them.

THEY WERE NEAT IN APPEARANCE, POLITE, AND SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE OF WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. WHEN IT CAME TO FINISHING UP THE JOB, THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA AND LEFT. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT IT WASN'T TOO BAD.
