We originally called this company because one of the doors wouldn't work. We planned to have it repaired and maybe have a tune up on both doors.When Art came for the estimate I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He explained in detail what they would have to do and how much it would cost.Since we just bought the house and one of the doors was backed into by the previous owner and it was bowed, we decided to go with everything new. It was absolutely no pressure on Art's part.He gave us a fair price and we set a day to do it.Although they came later than originally promised because the doors were not ready for pick up from the warehouse , as soon as they got to our house, they worked non stop until they finished the job..The quality of their work is excellent and they even backed it up with a 3 year warranty.

Did an excellent job.  Doors are working smoothly.  Worker gave me some tips on keeping them working well.

One of the spring broke.  They changed the springs and pulleys on both sides.  They did a good job and price was reasonable.  
They came later than scheduled.  However, they did call in advance to notify me.

I left a message to make an appointment and the call was returned promptly.  Best of all the appt was for the next day even though it wasn't an emergency.  The next day, Sal and Artie (sp?) called to confirm that they were on the way and arrived as promised.  Quickly fixed the problem with the door I called about,  then checked the remaining garage doors while here and found an additional problem with one of the other doors.  All work completed in one appointment.  Very pleased with appointment and felt the visit was a good value and reasonably priced.  We will definitely use them again for routine maintenance.

Torsion spring snapped when my wife came home from work. She called EZ Door who was recommended by a friend. Sal came and assessed the situation. He let us know he did not stock torsion springs and he would need to measure and order the correct spring. But Sal installed a temporary repair "block" on the broken spring so we could still use the garage until he came back.
I wanted to upgrade my screw-driven motors anyway so I asked for a quote to replace both motors with belt-driven. Sal suggested replacing the other spring on the other garage door as well and all the rollers. There was no pressure tactic but I thought it was a good idea and he gave me a quote for the job.
I scheduled the installation two weeks later. Sal called and was able to come an hour earlier than scheduled.
Very professional. No issues. Got the job done and love the quiet belt driven motor (the bedrooms are underneath the garage).
Price was reasonable and most importantly the work was done correctly with no shortcuts.

They did the work in 1 day. The door that was there was the original door on the house in 1962 and had been repaired a few times. There was a miscommunication and there was  a piece that cost $50 that hooked the door to the lifting motor that was supposed to be put on and wasn't put on. I told them to cancel that piece they already had my check and he said they would send me a refund and they never did. I had a lot going on and never got that resolved. Everything else was alright and it went smoothly, and I haven't had any complaints from the tenant.

The garage door had been knocked off the track. It was freezing, in the teens, and the garage door wouldn't close all the way. We called Sal at EZ and he scheduled a time to come out and look at the door the next business day (we called at 5pm so there was nothing that could be done that day) The provider showed up as scheduled and promptly fixed the door. We were so impressed by the service and professionalism. And very thankful that the door could be fixed so quickly. We would definitely use EZ again and we will buy our next garage door from them. Thank you!!

They scheduled an appointment to come and inspect the original door and offered us good choices. Replaced the door with a good door. Overall good experience

Very Professional.

They did a great job. Quick service. Knowledgable. Friendly. I called originally because my old opener broke. My single door to my attached garage was probably original but definitely saw better days. I had them quote the whole replacement job including opener, new door and labor. I thought the price was reasonable. They were out in just a few days and took 3 hours to install. The curb appeal of our home is much nicer. I would highly recommend them.

EZ replied promptly to my injury and came by to provide an estimate the next day. The price was competitive and the work was done as promised. The doors look and work great and the company was a pleasure to deal with.

Turns out I didn't need a roller replacement, I already had relatively new rollers.  We just bought the house so we didn't know this.  He came and tuned up both garage doors anyway since we had already bought the service off of Angie's List and made sure everything was working properly.
