I met with the owner, Mike in his shop. He was patient and showed me at least 6 different safes. Mike is very knowledgable and he advised of the pros and cons of each one. His price was very competitive and delivery and installation charges were very reasonable. They arrived promptly for the installation. Mike and his employee were respectful of my house and took great care not to damage anything. They cleaned up after themselves. This was a painless transaction which can not always be said of service providers lately.

They were excellent. They came up and install it. It is a fairly large safe so it took two guys to install it. They were the only ones who would give us the manufacturers discount with free installation. For a 600 pound safe, that means a lot. The were very pleasant people. The locksmith, himself, seemed very knowledgable. They did a very nice job. The installation was neat and clean. The price was 20% less than all the others I talked to. I would give them all A's because they were very pleasant and right on the button. There was a problem with scheduling the delivery; they had to change the delivery date but that was no problem. It was an accident that it happened and they were unable to come that day. It was no big deal and they came exactly on the day they changed it to. I would give them straight A's across the board. I would absolutely use them again.
