The next day the truck showed up as scheduled and took about an hour to pump both tanks. They back washed the tanks, and all solids were removed. Both tanks were absolutely empty when done. Larry was also happy to answer my questions.
The following day Anthony returned to install the tank extensions and put back the dirt. And finally two days later Anthony came back and cleared a partially clogged inlet to one tank.
Everything went great and I am very pleased with their service.
