Working with Agm was great. Very responsive and very professional. We are very happy with the windows (okna) and the install. You can tell when somone is professional by how they leave your house when the work is done. These guys cleaned up everything. Not a spec of dirt left behind. Highly reccomend using them. Don't use a regular contractor who isn't a window specialist and who gets his windows from a random building supply.

These guys are the best! Had 4 estimates. Had OKNA 800s installed in whole house. Great job! Excellent installers Big difference in house with the new windows.Don't go anywhere else for replacement windows!

GREAT, quality work and quality company. They do MORE than they say. They value on doing a job correctly, no shortcuts! They are kind, they are dedicated and they are reasonable. They stand by their product and will call you back or contact you via texts for ANY issues. They are more than I can expect from any company and I have dealt with many contractors. Need I say more. Go with them you won't regret a minute of it. You will know as soon as you meet Paul and his team of installers that this is NOT a mistake! They did a GREAT job!

i contracted with AGM for a new patio door. they did a very nice job. I was referred by a neighbor who is an angirs list member and called the company for appointment. everything was conducted in a timely way. door operates very well.

We were looking to get a custom sized front door along with 9 windows we were putting off for a few years. We saw a few different companies in between but never did anything. AGM was recommended by a co worker who had new windows installed. We contacted AGM and the owner measured ,showed samples, and gave an estimate the next day. Four weeks later everything was installed flawlessly and we are delighted with AGM's work and product brands they used. Since the door was a custom size, they installed custom moulding which looks very professional. Paul was a pleasure to work with and all the installers were kind and very hard working. If you need windows or doors installed and want a company thats easy to work with and actually does what they say they will do, then i am recommending AGM.

Paul at AGM was great throughout the process. Sales pitch was not pushy, prices beat everyone else we talked to, and they were available to do the work sooner than the other contractors we spoke to as well. Work was done quickly in 90+ degree weather, and looks amazing. We're planning on hiring them again for gutters in the immediate future. Can't recommend Paul and his team enough!

Online scheduler didn't work however, when I called they came right out to measure. They extended the same pro rata price for four additional windows. The installed when they said they would.

AGM replaced all the windows, including basement hopper and two sliding glass doors. Paul initially provided an estimate in line with the other two I received but the quality of the windows and no pressure sales visit led me to choose AGM. We kept in touch by text and email until the day of the install. Work crew arrived when they said they would, and were professional, courteous, and clean. During the install I noticed a gap between the old interior trim and the new window molding that occurred as a result of the positioning of the old trim. Though not an air gap and paintable, it still would have looked like a gap even if painted. I pointed this out and they used paintable caulk to make it even and it looks great (so much that painting isn't needed). Took down and reinstalled window treatments as needed (I took down curtains/valances/blinds prior to job). Overall, experience was great, work was professional and the end result looks fantastic. Would definitely use again if needed for siding, gutters, roof etc based on this experience.

AGM came by and gave an estimate for 5 replacement windows and a front door. I liked what they had to offer, their products looked solid. Based on some other feedback and the fact that the Paul who owns the company is an honest guy , we used them for our project.
Their price was in line with some others but we really didnt base our decision too much on price but mostly on the quality of the windows and doors and of course the overall professionalism. They did a great job and we would recommend them in a second.

AGM installed all new windows in our home. Paul who is the owner, showed up for an estimate in March and showed us his window which we liked. Paul was very informative and displayed a high level of professionalism. He had pricing the very next day and we chose AGM not only on price but the quality of the window product and our confidence that Paul's company would do a great job.
We had every window replaced with a high quality brand they recommended ( Vytex windows ).
the process was smooth and the job was done very well. Everything that was promised was delivered without any issues well within the time period we expected. The company was very responsive and easy to coordinate an install date based around my work schedule.
The owner is very responsive and runs a very tight ship. The installation team worked all day and even worked into the early evening so they wouldnt have to come back a second day. They cleaned up and did a nice job on the installation. The new windows work very well and look elegant. We are giving a good review for agm windows and think they are an excellent company to consider hiring.

Was in the market for windows for my Condo, so I did some research
on different window products. Called several vendors and Paul (AGM) was the
most punctual and most responsive. Paul arrived on schedule for the first
consultation and measured my windows, I was very impressed with the OKNA window
sample he showed me and the good reviews the product has. I had a special situation where I had a tenant
moving in within 3 weeks of my order. Paul and his team worked with me to make
sure the measurements were exact and the order placed on time for rush
delivery.
Paul was very communicative along the entire process, as a
matter of fact he was out of town and (although not expected since I assume he
was on vacation) he responded to all my emails and answered my questions
promptly.
The windows were delivered on the day they were promised,
the crew was very professional and did a wonderful job with the installation.
They removed old window weighs from all 5 windows and made sure the window frames
were insulated properly. They cleaned up and took away the old windows, never
complaining about having to go up and down the four flights of stairs of my
walkup building.
I love the way the place looks with the new windows, and I
know the new tenant will save on energy bills with the wonderful OKNA product,
and the proper insulation that is so important when installing new windows.

We requested an in home estimate from AGM for windows and a sliding patio door. After seeing a few other companies, Paul came by and showed us the products he offers as well as explain the installation process. Within a day, Paul had pricing for the job and was very responsive to our questions. We were happy with his pricing. More importantly, based on his professionalism, quality of his products, and the overall reputation of his company, We decided to hire AGM. In about 3 1/2 weeks his installers came by to do the installation. Everything was done professionally and the workers were very kind and neat. The end result exceeded our expectations and we are delighted with our new windows and door. Based on our experience we are recommending this company(AGM).

Working with Paul and his crew was a breeze. Knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Paul gives you a few financing options to match any "chains". But from our research Paul's product is far superior. So far we certainly agree. Would definitely recommend Paul & AGM To anyone.

"[Member Name Removed] I am actually looking at your review as something very positive for my company. Your review actually states that you had one small issue and we addressed it immediately. That shows Angies List members that if there is ever an issue, we take care of it immediately. Im a bit confused about you deciding to write a mediocre review over a year after we installed your windows. Also, you actually referred me to your daughter in law in the [Removed Personal Info] area who in fact called me about 3 months ago regarding windows. I would imagine you had some degree of confidence with my company. My installers showed you every window we installed and you inspected each one with total satisfaction. Your later issue was regarding a small gap at the bottom of a screen. As soon as you called me, i personally came the very next day and made a small adjustment which you were satisfied with. I then informed you that there is always some degree of variability regarding small screen gaps for water drainage. your gap was barely 1/16th of an inch. The following day you called again asking for another adjustment. At that point i said i will call Okna Windows and have them set up a service call immediately since i already adjusted the screen and didnt want to cause any damage. Your windows are under warranty and both Okna and myself honored that. Okna not only resolved your issue quickly, they even brought you a new screen. You again said you were happy but then called Okna ( not us) a few months later about another small gap. Again, Okna addressed it quickly and specifically told you it was NOT an installation related issue and the very small gap was well within the norm. As far as my installers being late, we notified you about heavy morning traffic but arrived well within the specific time and even finished that day by 4:30. When i came by to adjust your screen, you specifically mentioned how impressed you were with my installers.. You never said they just did " an ok job". We have a great reputation for a reason, we take care of each and every customer. Im confident all your issues were resolved."

Paul came to my house on time on the day scheduled . He provided a full demonstration of Okna Windows. Took measurements and provided samples for new shutters. We had received two other estimates , all three were competitive however, we chose Paul because of his professionalism and the Angie list reviews. Windows and shutters were installed in one day, work provided was professional and clean. The Okna 500 series looks and performs great. We highly recommend AGM Windows and Siding.

I must say working with AGM Windows and Siding was an outstanding experience. Paul who came to our home to give us an estimate was very professional and extremely help in assisting us with window selection. I had other estimate but felt AGM was the right company for us. The installer, Manny and George were excellent and very courteous and did a super job with the installation of 25 window and 2 sliders. They left the job site very clean and were very knowledgeable and experienced with the product installation. I would strongly recommend them.

We have old Andersen windows in bedrooms that were leaky and noisy from nearby highway. Paul recommended laminated windows from Okna that offers better energy efficiency and noise reduction. The purchase process was smooth from the initial call to the measurements, ordering, and installation. The windows look good, high quality, and are effective to reduce noise. We were happy with the process and can highly recommend AGM.

The quality of windows provided by this company (OKNA) is top notch. I did a lot of online research before choosing AGM. Other companies provide energy efficient windows at the same price point but the quality of the frame and installation is far inferior. We got several quotes and AGM was very competitive for a far superior product.
The installation team was very professional and work was completed in a day.
Would highly recommend going with this company not just because of excellent service but beautiful, superior product offered very fair price.
