We were extremely satisfied with Paul and his team. Paul came out to give us a reasonable estimate and clearly explain the process. I was hoping for the best, particularly on the outside of the house around the windows, as it was really worn. The windows came in and were installed in one day by Paul’s team. I have to say they were meticulous. I am a self professed perfectionist but they actually exceeded my expectations. The windows look fabulous. Like brand new. What a facelift! Communication with Paul was great and I really like that he has his own crew and doesn’t use subcontractors. I would recommend them without hesitation and will use them again in the future.

Installed new replacement windows and a front door. They did a great job. We signed a contract with them about a month ago and had all our windows replaced about 4 days ago and the front door replaced the following day. The window install was completed in one day. They did an excellent job and were very reliable and professional with very fair pricing. They installed Okna Windows and a front entry door by Hmi doors. Received a lot a compliments when we had family over for Thanksgiving. Call AGM Window & Door if you want an honest and reliable company to install replacement windows.

Excellent service, Paul is a straight shooter, he gives you a quote as advertised, and not a penny more. His people came, and did the work within the time frame he specified, on date specified. Very happy with the end result, I will not go to anyone else in the future if I need windows in my next home.

These guys really do a great job. We hired them to install about 24 replacement windows in our home. They finished most of the work in a day and came back the following morning to finish up. Super efficient and very professional! Real good company to contract with and they are a family business which is always good. They use a good quality window which is one of the reasons we chose AGM and i felt they gave use very honest pricing based on the window quality and installation. Great job ! Definitely going to recommend this company if anyone wants a window pro.

Finally an honest company !!! We interviewed a a few other window guys but felt most comfortable with agm window and door to take on our replacement window project. We were looking for a good quality window and someone who focused on windows, not some “jack of all trades” type contractor that does roofs, siding, and all kinds of other stuff. We liked how AGM is a true window replacement company. Some of the other companies seemed to use lower quality stuff but that wasnt our motivation. We wanted something more quality oriented that will last a long time. AGM show up on time, do good work, and use a good window at a reasonable price. What more can I say? They made our experience a good one! Would definitely recommend them.

We had contacted Paul about a year ago for a quote to replace windows for our whole house. Due to multiple reasons we did not follow through with the work then. Then in April of this year, I took additional quotes from others and found that AGM was extremely competitive and their reviews were great so I agreed to proceed with them. The work performed was fantastic and the guys who showed up to work on he project were a pleasure to work with. They not only did a fantastic job but also cleaned up and listened patiently to all requests we made to them. They went above and beyond when we requested them to cap the only window that they did not replace in the whole house so that all windows in the house looked consistent. They did so without any additional charges. I would absolutely recommend AGM for a great hassle free experience. Thank you.

After reading great reviews about Paul and AGM as well as the OKNA windows, I decided to give Paul a call. We needed all 25 vinyl double hung windows replaced and our patio sliding door replaced as well. I contacted Paul and he responded right away and set up a time to meet with me. He showed up, showed me the window sample (OKNA 600), explained the process and gave me a quote that Sunday (we met on a Friday). We already had vinyl windows that were "builders grade" and were already failing at less than 10 years, so I was a bit skeptical about doing vinyl again. I considered Renewal by Andersen, but the price was outrageous and the pressure you receive by the salesperson is absurd. They want you to sing up for a $40k job after having 10 minutes to think it over..no thanks. I did a ton of research on not only OKNA, but so many different window manufacturers. I looked at wood w/ vinyl clad, composites, fiberglass, other vinyls. Spent a solid couple of weeks scouring the internet and looking at info. Every time, the OKNA product seemed to stand out far and above any others. Once we signed the contract,it all went great. Paul and his installer came by to make sure they had precise measurements and agreed on the install method. They told me exactly what to expect from the finished product and they were certainly accurate once completed. From signing to window install was roughly 3 weeks, which is what Paul told me to expect. Paul was great about communicating via email or text if I ever had a question. The install took a full 2 days. They guys did a great job. Everything was very neat. While it was the 3rd week of Feb, we got lucky w/ temps in the high 60s, which made it tolerable b/c all of the windows on first floor were basically removed at the same time. If it were really cold out, that would have been uncomfortable, though I suspect they would have done it a bit differently to compensate. We are so happy w/ the windows and the sliding patio door. Such a big difference. No more drafty feeling by the windows. No more ice cold floor from the cold air "falling" down as it entered the terrible old windows. Also, it is noticeably quieter as behind our house is a somewhat busy road at times. Also, the operation of the windows is so smooth. My only regret is that we did not do this years ago;) I would highly, highly recommend Paul and AGM windows if you need some or all of your windows and/or doors replaced. You will not be disappointed.

They use Okna 600 windows (did my homework and they are a high quality product tha tthe manufacturer stands behind). The selection process, including options, was easy. Installation was completed in one day! All of the workers were polite and neat. All old windows and garbage removed and the yard was left spotless. I would highly recommend this service provider and these windows!

Overall, it went well. I've researched high and low for a good contractor with a good reputation both on Angies List, other websites, and forums. Paul from AGM Windows came highly recommended for both service and product (Okna windows). Price: This is probably what everyone wants to know about first. The price was comparable to other companies, not the lowest but not the highest as well. But the product he sells is highly regarded as one of the best vinyl windows line in the industry, Okna. Install: It took about 5 weeks from the signing of the contract to installation which was quicker than some of the other companies. The crew was quick, clean, and detailed. They did spill a tiny bit of white paint on my driveway but it wasn't a big deal to me. Both the windows and patio door came out great. Installation is the biggest factor with windows and doors. And only time will tell if there is truly and issue. But I don't see one so far after a few thunderstorms and such. Unfortunately, when my wife came home and inspected the patio door, she found a small tear/hole in the screen. I've already contacted Paul and he is aware. Service/communication: Paul was great to work with. No pressure sales tactics. Honest, nice guy. I like that he communicated with me through texts so that it's quick and you have a record of the conversation if needed. He responds pretty much right away hence the reason I like using texts for quick communication. Like I mentioned above about the small hole/tear in the screen, I contacted Paul right away through text and messaged me back right away. Not his fault or his crew but just a tiny product defect. I hope to get this resolved quickly through Paul.

Execrllent, professional, high quality. Protected my pavement and tile with heavy duty drop cloth. Cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly did not "nickel and dime" me with added costs. The price was the price and included removal of old door, new frame, painting, etc. Other companies advertised about $50 less for less quality and then added $200 to over $500 more for other necessary services.

I called Paul from AGM after reading many reviews. He was very responsive, came out and gave us a no pressure sales pitch and some options to consider. Received a great quote the next day. And although we didn't do the job till following spring, Paul honored his original quote. His crew showed up on time and worked very efficiently. When they found damaged or rotted wood the made the necessary repairs. Cleaned up everything and where very respectful and friendly to deal with throughout. Will be calling paul soon for new front door and future siding job.

Hired AGM Windows to install all new replacement windows in our house. They use a high end window at a very good price. The owner brought a sample of the Okna 600 series ( eco pro ) window and we liked both the look and feel of the window as well as the fact ( based on my research ) that this is supposed to be very enegy efficient and held in high regard amongst industry pro's. My husband is an engineer and he gave the final ok on the quality. The window seemed much better than the others we were presented with by a few local contractors. The install team did a great job. Oscar was the head installer and he made sure everything was done correctly. The guys were neat and a pleasure to have in our home. The windows work very well and we are delighted with how smoothly everything went. We would definitely hire AGM again.
