NH Tile & Remodeling

Let me start by saying that I just bought my first place and have never had any experience with renovations or building materials. I had to renovate my bathroom and was referred to Nir by a neighbor. Nir and Christina walked me through the process. Cristina with the design of the bathroom and selecting the appropriate tiles, configurations and colors. Then Nir did his magic. He demoed the bathroom, rebuilt the shower including a new “pan”, 2 niches and such precise tile work. He handled the electrical work and plumbing work and made my experience so easy. The bathroom came out beautiful. I couldn’t be any happier or satisfied with his work.

Cristina and Nir are an incredible team. Cristina helped design two baths for us. She is very patient and listened to what we wanted and magically brought us to the perfect tiles and design for our baths. Our kitchen backsplash was a challenge to fit in a country house but once again she found something we loved and her suggestion to keep it simple was perfect. Nir is a perfectionist who takes pride in every aspect of his work. The layout and preliminary thought to the job is so pleasing. The shower pans that he built for us will last for 100 years. He is meticulous in every cut and every corner of the tile and discussed every challenge so that we faced throughout each of the jobs. We couldn't be more satisfied with NH Tile and Remodeling.

You can only say PEFECTION in one word! Nir is the most conscientious, reliable and excellent craftsman we have ever dealt with. His attention to detail, his expertise, his knowledge, his enthusiasm, are second to none. We keep asking ourselves, "how did we get so lucky?" Our new bathroom is so unbelievably beautiful. We had a "vision" of what we wanted it to look like, conveyed that vision Nir, and that vision is now a reality. You'll be doing yourself an injustice if you don't at least consult with him while checking out contractors for your project. Nir, we can't thank you enough!

Nir tiled all 3 baths in my new home in 2015...he did an impeccable job. When it came time to remodel a condo bathroom, my first call was to Nir to offer him the project. Again, he did a remarkable job...always on time, thoughtful and professional with his design suggestions and thorough with his work. I would easily recommend him for any bathroom or kitchen remodel. His work included demolition, sheetrock replacement and painting. Nir is a craftsman and an artist.

Nir was absolutely the best. He did two bathrooms for us and they are flawless. He is meticulous about his work and cares about his projects. I would 100% recommend him. I am a very hard to please and he exceeded all expectations.

Absolutely couldn’t ask for a better experience. Nir was able to come to our house and discuss everything before hand. We went through all the different patterns together and I was impressed with his insights and suggestions. Even after making our decision, Nir took care to figure out the best way to place the tile and where to start. He was able to clearly explain the pros and cons of everything which was extremely helpful since I had never considered most of what was discussed. The work wasn’t easy (layers upon layers of old flooring) but In the end we were left with the floor of our dreams. Nir and his team were on time, they cleaned up after each day, and were always looking out for the safety of my children while the work was being done. We couldn’t be happier with the work we got and felt the price we paid was completely reasonable. If and when we have more flooring needs, we will absolutely be contacting NH Tile & Remodeling!

We are thrilled with our re-tiled backsplash that has helped transform our previous dark kitchen into a warm, bright gathering place. Nir took a very deliberate approach to insure our job went smoothly with as little disruption as possible and with a fabulous end product. Instead of aggressively demolishing the old stone backsplash, Nir carefully removed the stone by hand in order to preserve the existing sheet rock and eliminate the expense and mess of replacing the plaster board. To facilitate the selection of the tile spacing for grout, Nir made three different dry-laid sample boards for us to visually consider. As the job progressed, he made countless insightful suggestions, including for the surface of the bay window sill...and he remained nearby and available to coordinate with the other trades working on the job when necessary. And the installation went perfectly. and he even came back to adjust the electrical outlet covers after the job was finished. Nir is justifiably proud of his skill and experience which he combines top provide a stunning result. Would recommend NH Tile without reservation.

He is punctual and is very accommodating and knowledgeable and his workmanship and observance to detail is excellent. I would definitely recommend him.

I couldn't have asked for more. Nir was very attentive to my preferences for options/variables on how I wanted the job done. He has a good eye for detail and makes helpful explanations and suggestions. The tile installation and grouting was first class. On top of that he is very personable and easy to talk to. While I could have paid less to someone else I wanted to ensure I got a good quality job and I am very happy with my decision. I'd recommend him to all my friends or family.

Nir is passionate and experienced, and it shows in his work. He really put in the effort to understand exactly what we needed, gave us great advice, and was more than willing to work with us for our small bathroom renovation. Great people, easy to work with, and the bathroom looks amazing

It went GREAT!!!! NH Tile does unbelievable work. They are meticulous in their workmanship and paid attention to every detail of the work they perform. They were reasonable in price, very neat, clean and honest. Always arrived on time and did everything they said they would. They clearly exceeded my expectations.They were so good, I could not imagine any other company doing a better job.

This total Bathroom Remodeling project went very well. We had a bathroom from the 1970's and all fixtures and tiles were replaced. The new tiles were installed with great skill and care and look spectacular. The tile spaces are very close, even, and grain runs from one tile to the next. The work was done neat and professionally. The whole project was done on time. Nir is very knowledgeable and suggestions were very helpful.

It went great. Nir and Jose are true professionals and take the time to make sure the job is done right.

The work was great. I dealt with Nir on the phone and he personally came and did the work with an assistant. He offered to pick up the replacement part from Home Depot and was thorough about color matching; when they didn't have the correct color shelf in two HD locations, he called and we decided he would pick up two of a similar color and replace both shelves in the shower for an adjusted, agreed-upon cost. He was very friendly and professional about a job that multiple other companies turned down; apparently there is no money to be made on small tile repair jobs, only full bath/shower remodeling. 
My only criticism is that Nir went away for a week (on top of being very busy with other jobs), so the work got pushed back a week without notice. He was apologetic, though, so overall I'm very happy.

The work went perfectly.  Nir is extremely professional and cares tremendously about the quality of his work.  He consulted us on all aspects of the work and made great suggestions when needed.  His work is neat and precise with stunning results.  We loved working with Nir and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Had a couple of estimates to replace den wood floor that was ruined by moisture from drainage issue.  I have not had good luck with previous contractors outside of Angie's List so decided to do a search on Angie's List for this project.  Nir contacted me the next day after he received my email and came out to do an estimate the following day.  I chose to do the floor with Nir because I knew the project may be more complicated due to floor pitch issues.  Sure enough I was right.  Once the wood floor was removed Nir recognized the pitch of the concrete subfloor was off by 3.5 inches.  He had to use more setting concrete than originally planned to correct the problem.  He spent extra time making sure the problem was corrected and level.  The workmanship was much better than the recent kitchen tile I had completed by a shady contractor.  I was very happy with the work and would hire him again.  He is meticulous as am I and the finished floor looks great.  When I went to look at tile at store the salesman said Nir's work was great which made me feel better as well as the positive reviews on Angie's List.

Nir performed what other contractors told us was impossible - to have a tile floor in our kitchen.  The floors in our 110 year old home were uneven and we were told several times that they were too uneven to put tile in, or else the job would not be worth the cost.  Nir had no difficulty at all performing his magic and our tile floor is amazing.  He is extremely personable, professional and wonderful to work with.  His workers are pleasant, conscientious and leave the job site immaculate. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Nir came out right away measure. That day he also provided me a ballpark price and some other choices before he provided a detailed written estimate. We settled on a start date a few days out.
On the day of the job, Nir contacted me to let me know he was running on time. Him and two other people setup drop cloths in the house to cover their path to the bathroom and started. They spent as much time with me as needed to fine tune the exact layout of the tile. He had no problem telling me where my choices would of ended up in a poor outcome (grout color, saddle, layout) but I ultimately had the final say.
He really wants the job done correct and not looking to nickle and dime you.
Some things that make NH Tile stand out:
1. On day 3 they could of rushed and finished the grout. They choose to come the next day so they can take their time.
2. 50% Pay up front. Balance on completion.
3. No problem taking my questions and adjusting. Even the times by questions were stupid, he didnt have a problem with them at all.
If you are considering tile work you need to consider Nir. Ask the questions and you will see.

I had a home renovation project that was difficult to find someone to perform the work.  I have an older home with a cast iron radiator heating system.  The radiators were old and poorly painted with rust spots.  As part of my home renovation I needed to have the radiators removed to be sent out for sandblasting and painting.
Nir from NH Tile had previously done a tile setting job in my house and I was extremely pleased with the results.  In a conversation, I mentioned that I was looking for someone to do this big job of the radiator restoration.  Nir offered his services to have the radiators removed and transported to the sandblaster and then when completed, to transfer the units to the painter (two different businesss at two different locations).  I had a very difficult time finding someone to do this work and Nir from NH Tile and Remodeling, as before did a marvelous job.  He arrived with his crew on time as promised and had the radiators disconnected with a plummer which he also arranged - everything was perfectly coordinated.  He and crew carried out the radiators from the house with great care and took to the first stop for sandblasting.  This was no small feat to transport nearly 3,500lbs of cast iron radiators!  When the sandblaster was finished, NIr again arrived right on time to transport to the painters.  When finished at the painters, Nir and his crew brought the radiators back to the house to be reinstalled.  For the return trip, Nir took additional care so as not to scratch the newly painted radiators.  The retun went off without a hitch and again was perfectly executed.
I would strongly recommend Nir for this type of project.  As before he was very professional, prompt and courteous.  All the work was done just as explained and when it was promised.  This was not an easy job to do and is not a standard job that many would even want to do.  I cannot say enough good things about the experience and having Nir arrange, manage and carry out the entire process was a pleasure and relived a lot of my anxiety about how this would all go.  I would recommend Nir for any project he does and will definitely work with him in the future.  I wish all the contractors I have dealt with were as good and professional as NH TIle and Remodeling!

We have worked with NH Tile & Remodeling several times over the past five years and they were the only contractor we would allow for this job. From start to finish, they did a fantastic job renovating our basement bathroom and turning a large area of bare cement slab floors into works of art. Business owner is a very experienced and professional tiler.  He and his team not only did a fine, precise job, but he was able to resolve issues that the main contractor hadn't anticipated with creative, effective solutions.  In addition, he has an eye for artistry and refined the design with a terrific outcome.  I will definitely hire them again, and highly recommend them.
