This company was referred to me by a tree service contractor that I have used for several years. They had done his roof.
A principal responded within one day of my initial phone call and I had a meeting with the two partners and an estimate within three days of that initial call. I have some background in the construction business and was comfortable with their knowledge and attitude.
The estimate was reasonably close to that of the insurance company and they immediately approved the price. Because I was anxious to get the work done, the partners agreed to come the Saturday after I signed the work order.
On Friday, a dumpster arrived. On Saturday, the partners arrived at 7:30 AM with the materials and a crew of 11. By 10:00 AM the existing roofing had been removed and was being loaded into the dumpster. By 1:00 PM the new roof was done and the property was virtually spotless of debris. All this time the principals remained on the job site and were briefing me on whatever problems they were encountering.
All in all I was very pleased with both the process and the work. I hope to use this company for other projects in my house.
