Staff was professional. They had a doggie day camp and that is what most of the cost came from, it's separate from the boarding. 2 dogs can be a little more expensive, so it was a little high. They give you a little report card, telling you how they were and who they played with and all that stuff like. They keep you abreast of everything. They give them a little bath at the end. They are real attentive to the pets, that was a plus. The pets came out all good and seemed happy and I was happy for that.

I would tell people to get their pet food there. The employees are nice.

It worked out extremely well.?It worked out very well. At that time, I had only had him for a little over a year, and I was afraid that all the work I had put into socializing him, he might think he was abandoned again. We didn?t have a problem with him. He was pretty much the same when I got him out as when he went in.?I don?t know what other people charge, I found the price to be acceptable. I don?t know what to judge the rating on price. Somebody else might be cheaper, but not give as much services. I went and checked a few prices at a few different places and I decided to stay with the PetSmart, because I could do the doggie day care and stuff like that. Other places would walk him once or twice, but he would have been back in a cage like when I got him from the rescue service. I found the quality excellent. They?re a fixed location, you bring them in and out. They don?t need to be punctual and they have crews, so even if one person is not there, somebody else is there.

I?m very happy with them.?I?m very happy with the service they provide. They?ve helped a lot of the socialization of the dog. I think the price is fair. They?re very good. They don?t have to be punctual, you bring them in and out. They?re professional, I like the people there. I plan on using them again.?What keeps me going back is the fact that I?m very comfortable with the service and the people there. It?s easy to get to. I don?t need a lot of led time to schedule, usually 2 or 3 days. I don?t have a problem getting him in and getting the service that I want. He?s always very happy when he comes out of there.? When they have him with the other dogs, they always have somebody with them to monitor them. They even give you like a score care, a rundown on how the dog was during the day. This dog is an extreme nervous nelly. This has gone a long way in the 2 years in socializing him. After I got him at first, he wouldn?t even go near me, but then he became clingy on me and wouldn?t let anybody else get close to him. Now he?s to the point he will actually let some people at times, come up and pet him and stuff like that.? I knew we were going on a cruise, going to be gone. I used to take him in a lot more ahead of time to get him used to the idea. The when we were able to do boarding, I was able to do half day doggie day care, like every other day. So, he didn?t spend the whole time just in a cage and being walked. He also got to socialize with other dogs to break it up. Then they fed him and I brought the treats that I gave him every day; and they followed through and gave him the same treats at the same time every day that I gave him.

They have a dogie hotel. I use them because of the convenience. They charge extra for playtime and snacks. When I pick him up he is always freshly groomed. I can bring his own food, snacks, toys and blankets. I always get a suite for him, he has a private room and a raised bed. He has a TV that plays animal planet. They have it where I can pay extra and he can have one on one time with a human or he can go play with the other dogs. I chose Petsmart because the experience has always been good. He comes home looking happy and he is clean. They are professional. When I leave they give me a survey to fill out.

I needed a place to bring my dog, Coco. She needed a face trim and a good wash. Petco staff did a wonderful job.
She looked gorgeous. I am very happy with their prompt service. They were friendly and compassionate to me and my dog.
I would definitely recommend all pet owners to Petco.

The hospital there is very good and the pet motel is very good. I was told at the last minute my pet could not be checked in to the pet hotel because his shots were just updated. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

The price was $18 per day which I thought was a little high. There were no problems with the stay.
