What a pleasure it was to do business with Jonathan at this store. Given our country's current situation, Jonathan and the staff made us feel comfortable and safe in the store while conducting our transaction. We met with Jonathan and told him what we were looking for. Within minutes, we had our TV in hand and he gave us the best deal around. Jonathan told us the difference between all the models available to us. We also got a free pair of LG earbuds as part of the deal. This is the second purchase we have made from PC Richard and Jonathan and we will be back for our next purchase. A huge Thank you to Jonathan and the staff at PC Richard.

They were very reliable. Everything is displayed beautifully, they have educated educated people explaining the product. They have competitive price, they're very cooperative, they do what has to be done to make fix the customer's problems. I have never had any problems with them.

I went to their warehouse and it went well. My refrigerator was delivered like they said. I bought the floor model and it had a piece missing, but I called them and they got it to me in a day or two.
