The garage door opener was installed, but adjustment is still needed. Before hiring the installer, we agreed that the entire service would be provided, including the replacement and adjustment of the garage door opener, as well as the installation of the springs. The installer mentioned that the springs needed to be replaced after he completed the installation. I purchased the springs myself. When the installer returned to fix the gap when the garage door closed, he asked me to pay an additional $150 for installing the springs, even though this was already included in the original $300 price. When I refused to pay extra, he left without finishing the job.
