Appliance Repair
Contractor replaced the old heating coil in my clothes dryer. Two months later, the coil broke again. My wife and I made consistent telephone calls to both the contractor's home and cell numbers. He did not return any of our calls. I believe that the coil was faulty and should be replaced with a new one without any cost to the consumer. If we spent additional monies for a new contractor, it would cost us accumulatively the same price for a new machine. The end result is that we purchased a new machine and could not wait or depend upon this contractors irresponsibilities.
