Ray came to my house right away, measured what needed to be done and ordered the replacement planks right away.  He called me in about a week and they installed the replacement right away.  This was important because I was having a stone surround installed for the new fireplace and the wood had to be done first.  They were responsive, professional and left the area completely clean.  The job was done so well, you can't tell it is a patch.

It was fine. It was okay. They were courteous. They came when we said we were ready. I think probably, they're in the right market. So, I probably wouldn't have any to use them in the future.

They charged me $6 per sq ft. I would highly recommend them. They are extremely responsive, punctual, courteous, and prompt.

Overall the price was good, but I strongly feel the re-polishing could have been done better. The re-sanding was done very, very good but the polishing was not done good. Within no time, the floors lost all the luster and glaze. The time taken was 4 days and it was an empty house so issues with furniture, etc. does not arise. Attitude was professional and they were punctual. I dont think I'll re-use their services again, but consumers who are wanting to get the job done in a value price should definitely consider them.

Mr. Aleman called within 24 hours of my voice message, came to look at the room, and gave me an estimate. When I decided to go ahead with the job, his workers came the very next week; they spent one day taking up the old floor (and I'm very glad I had headphones available) and putting the new one down, and the next day finishing the wood on the new floor. They did a great job of lining up the new boards with the pre-existing ones outside the room.
