I?m extremely frustrated with the AC repair service. My AC is completely broken, and it?s over 85 degrees in my home. My original appointment was yesterday at 3 PM, but I was told it had to be rescheduled to today between 8 AM and 12 PM due to availability. I clearly explained on the phone that this is an urgent situation. At 12:40, I called and was told the technician was in Cranbury. When I asked why no one informed me about the delay, they apologized. I said, ?If you?re apologizing now, why didn?t anyone call to say the technician would be late?I?ve been sitting in a house with no AC in 80+ degrees all day, waiting. This is unacceptable. After waiting over an hour, I called again about the exact time.they told me someone would call me shortly with an exact time, but no one has called.I can`t say anything about work cause we didn`t see :)

The maintenance technician Kyle Williams was very friendly and patient while answering all of my questions. He answered all of my questions and advised me on what I can do to keep everything running efficiently. He did a top notch job.

Service person was knowledgeable, pleasant and offered valuable and useful information. I would request him for any future electrical work.

I thought their prices were exhorbitant, but a discussion with customer service alleviated my concern.

After 20 Phone calls over the past 13 days, roughly 4 no shows to appointments, roughly 5 that showed up past the scheduled appointment time, technicians who arrived with attitudes or left not knowing how to fix or unable to fix, and several nights with either no heat, no water or in the new plumbing issue; we still have trouble getting any accountability for the failures and lack of true business guarantees. While I may have a warranty on the $10,000 install job from a few years back, it does not give you/Gold Medal Service the right to perform less than what is expected and what is sold in your sales pitches. I have asked to speak with management roughly 10 times in phone calls, and while Jeff from the plumbing reached out, and another lady from the Customer Relations side, what was the follow up or end result? This all started from a single leaking pipe, and here we are 10 days later still Having issues and technicians not arriving as promised. I gave you 5 stars for the 2 install jobs on the $20,000 I spent but I give you 1 star for the follow thru when there is an issue, and we need help with warranty work. I once heard, you fix it right the first time you never have to deal with the customer again. You do not fix it, and this is the end result; me calling 20 times asking for follow-up, follow thru, or status checks on what is happening. Feel free to call me because I would love to go over these recorded calls and what is being promised over what the end result is. I am blown away at the incompetence of this business despite all the work that went into actually replacing the original HVAC system. Their management is a failure, and their customer service manager (Sandy) cannot keep it together. In the end, this company is not worth the risk for warranty work they say they have a promise to maintain or repair. Do not fall into their trap.

Water heater broke on Christmas eve and they were able to come out and help me out that same day.

Very Ptofessioal Knowledgeable and troubleshooting was his first investigation. After he found the problem (our ceiling fan blew out) we purchased a new one and he came back to install it. It was great to know our problem was over and done

Transparent flat rate pricing. Not inexpensive but convenient and certainly professional and easy to deal with. Would use again.

Appointments for estimate were available on same day and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Repairman quoted very high price but negotiated to acceptable level when told I was going elsewhere. Other than that, work performed was stellar.

They do a great job and know what they are doing. They have always been consistent about their service and availability. They are more expensive, but you get what you pay for!

Great and quick service

My job did not have a lot of profit in it so they tried to find it. Oh and they did not show up the day they were supposed to and did not call until 2 hours after the proposed window. Waste of time!
