I noticed some missing shingles due to a recent wind storm which is why I reached out to exterior improvements. A representative from their company inspected my home and walked me through the insurance process. Originally my insurance company denied my claim, but Exterior went to bat for me and the entire roof was covered through my insurance company. My one concern was seeing a neighbors roof take 3 days to complete with a different company, during that timeframe a rainstorm hit. Their team assured me this would not be an issue and they more than lived up to that promise. My entire install was completed in one day and went seamlessly. I highly recommend using Exterior Improvements as they were excellent through each step of this process.
