They were really good. The cost is part of the closing. They did a great job. Everything was very smooth and easy. The money was in. Everything was taken care off. It ran very smoothly. I think they were very professional and they handle things in a timely manner. There were no flaws in the closing; there was nothing that did not take place that was supposed to. They did all their homework beforehand and everything was ready to go. So, we got some papers. I would most definitely use them again.
