There was a whole finished basement (floor, walls and paneling) to deal with. Dave and Dave Jr. organized the workers and the financial part ( including dealing with insurance). Then there was 2 areas of leaking upstairs windows into main level LR and kitchen, where ceilings had to be torn out and appropriate drying and mold remediation went on for 3 days. Then of course, rebuilding said ceilings. These procedures lasted almost 4 months due to insurance, mine and their schedules. Nobody’s fault. I wanted it all done right more so than quick. Everyone in company from Darah (the scheduler, financial person and connector of the guys) to Dave Jr. , who comes 1st, to give estimate and describes the job in EZ language, to Dave (father) and his work crew was on time, friendly, careful and clean. Everything bagged and taken with them No leaking or basement water in year and half, since job was done. Have recommended them to others

We never received a warranty on this job that was almost $16,000.00. We got a certificate of completion and lab reports for mold remediation. I have called, and emailed requesting warranty and no one has responded. We had a whole kitchen redone and it was out for 7 weeks. That was taken care of and we had to replace the kitchen floor and the hallway floor and cabinets by sink. The floor and sink were excellent. The one that did the floors, left me a card and said he was a sub for Dry Master. He said he would give us a new price on sink and countertops and now he does not get back to us. We paid Dry Master every step of the way, they wanted $4000 for this, and $3000 or $5000 for that. The day the job was completed, we told him we would pay the last $5000 and we asked for certificate of completion and warranty. The person that ownes the company is a bully, he bullied me and we told him he would get the money as long as we got the certificate and warranty. We paid the money and only received the certificate of completion and lab report. Only thing missing is the warranty. I called again Monday and Dhara answered, said she would look at warranties and callback and still nothing. I need a warranty and they will not get back in touch. Dry Master and the Sub that he used for floors and sink have not contacted me at all.

I live three states away from my rental property so I was very concerned when my tenant called to report water in a part of the basement where there should never be water. Dry Master Restorations talked me through the process, worked with my insurer and completed the repair. My tenant sent me an email after everything was done that he was impressed by the company's professionalism and the repair work. While I hope I never need to call them again, I do recommend them and am glad to know they are around if I need them.

Excellent customer service and excellent in walking the customer through process. Clean and professional.
