Sam give us reasonable estimate same day we called, but we didn't use them
solar company who pay for cost decided to go with their regular roofer
a year later we had issue with roof ventilation, Sam give us good 2nd opinion.

Excellent. The owner, Sam Biondo, was courteous, punctual, and professional. He personally provided the estimate, delivered all the materials, and supervised the entire job. The entire roof replacement took only one day, including removal of old shingles, installation of new shingles and flashing, and site clean up. Overall, first rate service by Sam and his entire crew!

roof on my house over 20 years ago and when it came time to replace it, he was the first one i called. I called him about the new roof because when i last dealt with Sam over 20 years ago, we had some issues with the roof and he came back immediately to make sure that they were dealt with promptly and without hesitation. Another reason is that the price he quoted me for the new roof was very reasonable. he also does not use a dumpster. he hauls away any debris in his truck so you don't have to worry about a dumpster messing up your lawn or driveway. Sam is also on site for the entire job. (By the way, the entire job took less than a day. They started at 8am and were done by 2pm. this included a total rip of my old roof). Finally, Sam and his crew cleaned up everything. i was particularly concerned about the landscaping and flowers that were coming up near my house, but there was no damage to anything which is pretty incredible considering all the debris that is coming off the roof. The new roof looks great and Sam is a pleasure to work with so again i highly recommend him.
