It went well. I am happy that I now have DVDs that won't deteriorate in the future. He did it in the time frame he promised. I would use him again.

I contacted John in the spring of 2015 to transfer home movies shot on 8mm and a few VHS tapes to DVDs. He did a great job providing masters for safekeeping along with the actual DVDs for viewing. There was one tape stuck in my non-working video camera which I did not know could be saved. John managed to salvage the tape from the unit and transfer it to a blank cassette which he then transferred to DVD. It was originally unmarked but was our family's Disney trip, which was a great memory to have saved! John was very communicative and responsive and went above and beyond.

The cassettes were starting to deteriorate and I had him digitize them. It was excellent service. The man who runs the business is extremely knowledgeable.
