I WOULD SAY THAT THEY ARE GOOD. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN IF I HAD ANY MORE PROBLEMS. THEY CAME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM WAS GREAT AND THE STOVE IS WORKING JUST FINE.
