A-1 Glass

Came earlier than estimated, new windshield installed quickly & conveniently at my home, affordable, technician was pleasant & did an excellent job ! Would highly recommend !

Customer Service was amazing, from the inquiry, to the call back. Tech showed up at the time promised and was very efficient. Price was much more reasonable than Safelite. I would highly recommend A1 Glass again. Thank you.

I called A1 and the woman who did the scheduling was very professional and friendly. She gave me an estimate over the phone and the price was equal to the lowest estimate I received. She said they could be out to my house in two days. I scheduled the work and she said the installer would be there between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. This was a pretty wide time frame, but she said the installer would call to narrow it down. On the day of the work he didn't call, but did show up right at 10 a.m., so I was ok with that. He had the work complete and my car and driveway clean in about an hour. It looked perfect and there was no leaking or any other issues. I would definitely use A1 again in the future.

These guys could not have been easier to work with. I called at 8:45 am. They asked me for the make, model, year of my car and then set up an appointment to have someone come out between 10 am and 3 pm. I was surprised they had my windshield in stock (I have a Mini cooper which is not all that common). I paid via credit card over the phone.
At 12:30 pm someone was in my driveway ready to replace my windshield. It took him about an hour, and he did a fantastic job. They even moved my inspection sticker and EZPass mount from my old windshield to the new one. The replacement even comes with a lifetime warranty for leaks. I would definitely use A-1 in the future.

They arrived on time and replaced the windshield within 45 minutes. Very quick and efficient. Price was the lowest we found in our search.

I was very happy dealing with A-1 from the time of getting their estimate, scheduling the time for the installation, and the prompt, courteous and professional service. Hopefully I will never have windshield issues again, but if I do I would call on them again.

I called a few providers for an estimate and this one was the cheapest. I was told that I could have a repair person at my home in about 6 hours. About one hour later I received a return call telling me that the service rep could be at my home within 2 hours. He arrived at that time and proceeded to remove my damaged windshield and replaced it with a new one. The whole process took less than two hours. Everything was cleaned up and I was instructed not to go through a car wash for at least 48 hours. When the service rep completed the bill, he even deducted $35 for a Discount Coupon which I did not have, which was very much appreciated. I was amazed that I could get my windshield replaced in a 12 year old car, in my driveway, within 4 hours of my call, at a very reasonable price ($215).
