It was not very well, they did not send 2 people. and she don't understand or speak English. She wanted to do things that shouldn't be done.

Always excellent.. been using 10BucksaRoom for a few years now for home and a tenant property and they're great. I recommend them regularly to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so. Maany and her team have become an extension of the family at this point and even when there have been a few changes in staff here and there, they've always hired professional and respectful people that our family has always felt comfortable with and there has always been a great feeling of trust and security with them, aside from the fast and high quality job they do... definitely a step above the typical random independent person or cleaning service in my experience....Two thumbs up! :)

Very well except they had no garbage bags, never heard such a thing from a cleaning service. Made things not ideal since it was an empty house

Any supplies such as garbage bags, boxes, tape or labels for move outs or organizations, we do not supply. We are trying to move towards being a greener company at the moment! I would be more specific about where I would need to them to double check. Like under the furniture. They didn't get under some pieces of furniture I would have liked them to.

I have used 10 Bucks a Room for over 2 years for all of my household cleaning needs. They are efficient, reliable and professional. They helped me get into a cleaning routine and be able to maintain a clean house while working with 2 small kids at home. I have also had them clean my windows, appliances, flooring and other specialty projects. They cleaned hard to remove backing from an area rug that I thought had destroyed my hardwood floor. They were able to restore it to almost new condition without having to refinish. They are friendly, hard-working and always do a great job!

These ladies are awesome. Very nice, professional, affordable, and on time for a mobile service. I get a confirmation email the day before and a text message an hour before they show up. If they are running behind they will notify me. They are also very flexible with scheduling and understanding. Their work in the home is impeccable and they are usually done in a couple of hours. Even when they could only send 1 person, she was done in 2-3 hours and I have a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house with 2 large livings spaces in addition to the kitchen. They will even change your sheets for you. They come twice a month and if I needed a deep clean I can schedule that as well. I love coming home to a clean house. I recommend this company all the time.

It went really well! I was surprised at how thorough the girls were. it really takes a load off knowing I didn't have to worry about the cleaning. Will definitely be using them again!

Adequate. Due to a leg injury I cannot reach many places. She cleaned most of them but did not move any furniture. Vacuuming under the couch didn't come close. Too bad because the couch slides easily on my tile floor. Overall I got just barely what I paid for.

You really can't beat the price! Such a steal. I realize that since it is so cheap, they only really make money by having lots of customers so they can't spend a whole lot of time on any one house. Of course no one cleans your house as well as you do, I just wish there was a way to have a cheap price but a little more attention to detail (and availability).
I wish the scheduling was easier. My schedule would fluctuate and sometimes so would theirs so there were times when I wanted them to come but they weren't available. Maybe if they expanded and had more cleaners. I would definitely use them again. I just don't want the hassle of trying to find a mutually agreeable time.

10 Bucks a Room showed right on time and even called me to confirm they're on their way .When they showed,2 nice ladies and a gentleman greeted me at the door with all their cleaning equipment. The man was just there to assist with all their equipment to carry in ,I believe he handles their carpet cleaning,which I didnt know they offered that service,wish I would have known,I just had my carpets steam cleaned a little while back.
Anyway,I have a 4 bedroom,2 bath home,they were finished in I guess around 2 hours..I'll say they were very efficient,did a heck of a job cleaning up my mess,even tidied up my kids bedrooms for me . I have used other companies in the past,they cost much more to clean and werent remotely close to as thorough as 10 Bucks ! 10 bucks is a professional cleaning service,nice looking company van,cleaning ladies wore uniforms,brought their own supplies which is a plus,they moved pretty quick and did a thorough job. I opted for the deep cleaning in my 2 bathrooms,both came our sparkling clean ! I highly recommend this service ! I give them a 2 thumbs up !

1) They wanted cash, was informed in beginning
2) They just mopped the floors , asked extra money to clean the windows , bathrooms and walls ...
Very expensive and cleaning is not good as well ... will never use them

10 Bucks a Room is a great cleaning company! They do a great job with the everyday cleaning....They do it all from the floors, dusting, organization ect. My only complaint is scheduling with them....lol.....They try and reach all the surrounding areas so as a result my needs and their schedules conflict at times. As a result, I book them when I can! The girls are great and I've referred several of my friends who are either stay at homes mothers or p/time workers so they have a bit more flexibility. I am only available on the weekends so its tough to schedule. Thanks so much and I hope to see them soon!
