Economical and decent job

I was referred Santos through a good friend who has had positive experience with him. My experience was absolutely everything but positive. I hired Santos for an entire tree removal in which he quoted me $6,000 and we came to the agreement. The first day he actually showed and cut off about 6 branches and demanded half of the money $3,000 .. we ended up agreeing on $2,000. This job was supposed to be completed in 3 days MAX from the start date. The following day no show from Santos but answers his phone and lets me know his workers got intoxicated so they could not come..? Talk about unprofessional, the following day he had family issues and yet again could not come. Fast forward over a week of wasting my time goes by and now Santos apparently has a lot of family issues as well as come down with some sickness or allergy infection he claimed. At the end of the day he referred us to a real tree company who were incredible and finished the job within 1 day. For that I am thankful but I am Writing this review so customers know to stay away. At the end of the day Santos returned $1,000 out of the $2,000 to the new company meaning he pocketed $1,000 himself for 6 branches and wasting over a week of our time. AND I was then told by the new company he wanted an additional $500 because he gave them the job! This man is not professional in anyway and he is a sneak. STAY AWAY.

I hired Santos at Valley View to trim several trees and bushes that had overgrown. They did a very nice job and cleaned up like I would have had I done the work myself. They also did some tree work and mulching for my neighbor after my job and I know that he was very pleased as well.

Did not do what they said they would do. Complete rip off. Did not come when they said they would come. Very annoying changed the prices. Just horrible service although. Do not waste your time.

Extremely overpriced and rip off.

They came on time. Price was very reasonable compared to other. They did a great job. Thevwork locks great. They cleaned up after themselves. Made it look like they were never here. I would recommend them to anyone. I actually got them three more jobs as they were doing mine.
