William Sanabria and his crew were phenomenal...super efficient as they installed a superior railing. I contacted them after 5 pm on a Monday, he called back that night, sent photos and measurements the next morning and got a quote within the hour. They were able to do the job that Saturday and I was able to close on time. To say I was relieved is an understatement. I was also impressed that even though all the work was done outside, they had tarps down under all the equipment and didn’t leave one piece of sawdust on the ground. The finished product was just beautiful.

No complaints at all. Every job was done exactly as promised. William was professional answered every call promptly and certainly would recommend him. The basement job was overwhelming but his workers were true tradesmen .

This was my second time using new generation painting. Again I'm very pleased with the work performed. I will definitely use them again for any home improvement job. William is a pleasure to work with.

The work product was tremendous the painters were super careful in their prep work. Everything was taped and covered. The painters were extremely careful and the end result on the downstairs of my home was incredible. Highly recommended.

I have NEVER been more pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of New Generation Painting. Our home is almost 100 years old and they made it AMAZING. The prep work and attention to detail was amazing. The team was friendly and very respectful of our home, plants, and us. They were always on time, they always cleaned up to the point you wouldn't know they were there except for the incredible improvement they made in our home. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and HIGHLY recommend them.

SO pleased with everything from the very first encounter on the telephone to the work being completed. Extremely professional in every way and the work done was of excellent quality as confirmed by "stager" who is getting my house ready for sale. She was most impressed as was I. My walls are very extremely uneven, however installation was done flawlessly. The crew was extremely patient and took the tone to explain everything.

Fantastic..On time no issues or sales gemics and quality of work and worker was pleasant to deal with. Covered all the furniture with plastic covering and tape then removed with little dirt left behind. Cleaned up afterwork was done. Highly recommend "New Generation Painting and Carpentry". I have provided 3 neighbors with an A+ reference to complete work on their house. I am having the bathroom shower grouted and corked.

William came over the same day I called him. He was punctual and very professional. He had an estimate by that same evening. I hired him and he was able to start my job within a couple of days. The work was perfection and my pergola looks beautiful. I have hired him again for another indoor job. This is not just a painting company, he offers many other services. Five Stars. The painters were punctual, professional and a pleasure to work with. Everything was completely covered before they started and they did a very thorough cleanup once they were done: they definitely treated my home as if it was their own. The work showed great attention to detail - paint lines were straight, no color bleeding . I would definitely hire them again.

I have worked with several contractors over the years and have never had such a professional experience as I had with William Sanabria owner of New Generation Painting. When I called him, he arrived within one hour. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He followed through on everything. If he said he would be at your house at a certain time, he was there. His employees were respectful, courteous, professional and skilled in their practice whether it was painting or masonry, they were extremely competent and efficient. I had such a pleasure dealing with them. William and his crews are highly skilled and qualified in their profession. I have recommended him to my friends.

Our home is over 100 years old and well maintained. We needed sanding, staining and painting. The crew was hard working and stayed late to finish tasks.All concerns and issues were addressed in a timely manner and the owner, William was accessible by phone or text. We were satisfied and would use them again.

The exterior of our home has wood sidings and it needed painting. Having had a positive experience with Mr William Sanabria of New Generation Painting when we painted the entire interior of our home 2 years ago, we naturally went back to him with no second thoughts. He had told us that once the old paint was stripped he would inspect the wood sidings to give us an estimate for how much it would cost to replace all the rotten wood. I am glad to say that Mr Sanabria delivered on both his estimates of money and time duration of the job. The work proceeded smoothly under Mr Sanabria’s supervision. The crew arrived promptly everyday, asked us to provide inputs on what they were doing and whether we liked their work or whether we had any questions that needed to be answered. They were genuinely committed to providing customer satisfaction. The crew also promptly cleaned up everyday after work, and did all the walk-throughs as required. New Generation Painting has grown in the last two years from when we first met Mr William Sanabria. It has gone from having 2 employees to 14. Mr Sanabria does more supervisory jobs now. He has communicated effectively to his crew how important it is for him that they always entertain doubts and questions, deliver quality and pay attention to details. And he visits job locations on a daily basis to make sure that no corners are cut. When something is not acceptable to him, he makes the crew go over it again. And like before, we could always go back to him with questions if needed because, as he puts it, “we are his eyes on the site of work.”

William kindly stepped in at the last minute when the first painter we hired was a no-show. The job was to paint the trim of a room as well as window sashes and frames of 4 windows that were being restored. They were flexible with scheduling, which was a big plus for us because we needed to coordinate their painting around the window restorer's removal and installation of the windows. Throughout the job, William was very professional and responsive, always replying to calls promptly. Alberto, who did the painting, was similarly professional, always arrived exactly on time, and made sure we were satisfied with the job. If you're looking for painters you can count on, these guys are a good choice.

New Generation Paint performed an incredible job in bringing my historic home, built in 1846, back to its original grandeur. From start to finish, the owner and staff exceeded my expectations in regards to quality of work, care, and security of the property. My historic home is a gem! The owner was responsive at all times and always provided options in regards to what could be done with such a property. He and his staff are extremely easy to work with. I have already referred him to members of my community association, as well as family and friends. The feedback received from my referrals - they have nothing but great things to say! In my experience, it has been difficult to find contractors that are reliable, honest, responsive and do great work. Working with New Generation Paint, you can't go wrong.

We had the interior of our house painted and the floors redone. The quality of their work was excellent. I highly recommend New Generation - it was a pleasure to work with them.

Shutters, windows, doors, rails and more were prepped and painted beautifully; neat, no debris left, no delays and with detailed expertise. They were responsive to my contacts and the property (my garden) was cared for as well. I will definitely hire again.

William and his team did an excellent job! William was very organized and provided an initial detailed quote. The work was started on time and completed in a timely manner. The crew cleaned up everyday. William was onsite actively involved in the work and making sure everything was done right! Our home looks amazing now and we are super happy with the results! To call the house we were working on a "fixer upper" would be an understatement. Further, unfortunately, previously we had had a less than scrupulous handyman who had done more damage than good. William had full realization of the magnitude of the project, yet was not alarmed, and more than that, believed (correctly!) in his ability to fix the mess. Since then, New Generation has completed the drywall exquisitely. Smooth, where supposed to be, textured to blend old and new. The painting job was supurb, the moldings and baseboards beautiful. The work of his sub contractor, Hugo, on the front door replacement, the closets, the porch, the bedroom doors and the complete renovation of a bathroom, including tile, is exceptional. We are not entirely finished, but I am completely confident that we will continue to be so pleased. William is a creative thinker. He is flexible. He is professional, all of my emails and calls were either answered immediately or within a day. I would give the highest recommendation to New Generation Painting, without any reservation.

It went incredible! William and his team were absolute professionals. They did an incredible amount of work in a short amount of time and we are 1000% thrilled with the incredible results.

All of their work was fabulous, but I would especially like to mention their basement work. Our basement was just a dirty, messy storage space. For a long time we had been thinking about making it a little nicer without completely finishing it, but we knew it would be challenging to make it nice enough even after painting and little carpentry work. To our surprise William, Hugo and their team transformed our basement to a nice livable space. Now I have my little studio in addition to a very organized storage space, and a neat laundry room! It must have been really hard to tackle our dirty basement, but their professionalism persevered. We really appreciate their perfectionism to create a wonderful space for us. Of course, there were some minor mistakes, but William and Hugo were always honest and sincere in their efforts to correct them, ensuring we were happy with the outcome, even going beyond their duties in helping us with things to which we hadn't contracted. We were glad we hired them, and would do so again. :)

The New Generation team did a fantastic job for us. As we went through the process, William was extremely helpful. He took the time to outline our options on how he could fix the cracks and rough surfaces of our walls/ceilings. The team that did the work was careful, courteous, and friendly. They took care to keep our house clean and painted with precision. The rooms look great and they were so easy to work with.
