JKT Enterprise and specifically Tom have not completed the job and refuse to take calls. As a professional he has had a worker sleep overnight at the resident of work and put in jeopardy the other residence in the units. He says the owner asked him to leave and that was because it was 830 PM and she did not want another occurance of an unknown individual sleeping in the unit. Tom refused to take the garbage related to the demo work, initially and had to be told if a city fine before he eventually removed it. Tom agreed to work from November 14 to 23 and has not kept his contractual agreement. He has communicated that I should hire someone else to finish what he was paid to do. This again is unprofessional behavior and a clear violation of the Angie List code of conduct.

"Tenant, C. [Consumer Name Removed] misrepresented herself as the homeowner and left the country by giving the key for contractor to work with full freedom to finish the job at any time. Home owner appeared to the work site and disturbed our worker more than 20 times to make sure that he is not taking a nap. 15 minutes before finishing the work, landlord locked him out in the cold weather asking him to come back following day to finish that 15 minutes job. The worker is afraid of going back to the work site due to the ill treatment of the homeowner. Even if she deducts $50 for the 15 minutes remaining job, she would still owe us more than $2000. Instead of compe"
