We were extremely pleased with this company. Their service was excellent, they were dependable and both employees and sub contractors were prompt, efficient and cleaned up each day. They stayed on schedule and kept us advised at each step. The owner and staff helped us find and choose the right materials, finishes and fixtures and made themselves available for any questions or concerns we had. While you might find a cheaper price, we felt we got full value for the cost in quality and professionalism.

The overall experience was great. All the professionals--electrical, plumbing, cabinet installers, granite supply, ...were great and the salesperson worked with us well. He came up with great ideas and helped us select the tiles and countertop.

The sales person I dealt with was wonderful, very communicative, very considerate, and he wanted to work with us on our ideas. He was great. The craftsmen that he hired (i.e., the demolishers, the cabinetmakers, the carpenter, the plumbers, and the electricians) all were excellent and very professional. When there were problems, they did what needed to be done. The results are really good and I am very happy with them. I would consider using them again in the future if needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. They got the work done within the time frame expected. They were punctual. It was in the budget they said it would be. They were pleasant to work. I was happy with the results.

It went well. This company was recommended. Dave came out to our house, measured, provided detailed architectural plans based on our preferences and gave us an estimate. There were no real surprises and everything went smoothly. They were personable and communicative and skilled. The results are excellent.

I can't say enough good things about Beautycraft. Dave's prices are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. The finish work is fantastic, especially as compared to work done by other contractors. We loved the fact that before starting demolition he spent a day putting durable covers on our hardwood floors and stairs to protect everything. We had to walk on plywood for a month, but it was worth it. One of the best things was that he put a real estate lock box on the outside of the house so his workmen could let themselves in. We didn't have to wait around every morning or have keys floating around. He also recommended good places for us to look for tile and fittings. My only quibble was that I wanted some other work done while contractors were there (electrical). I was willing to have it written into the original contract, but Dave did not want to do that. Some of the work got done, but other things didn't- I'll have to arrange for other tradesmen.

BEAUTY CRAFT KITCHEN and BATHS DID AN AMAZING JOB ON MY HOME. THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

WE HAD A PRETTY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH BEAUTY CRAFT. THE WORK THEY DID ON OUR BATHROOM WAS EXCELLENT AND THEIR PRICE SEEMED PRETTY COMPETITIVE. WE WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR MORE REMODELING WORK.

I DID THINK THAT THE CARPENTRY WAS PRECISE. THE FINISH ON THE CABINETS HAS STARTED TO BUBBLE and THE TILES ON THE FLOOR (12 X 12) ARE CRACKING DUE TO INCORRECT INSTALLATION. SOME OF THE WORK WAS GOOD, BUT SOME WAS NOT. THEY TOLD US THE TILE WOULD NEVER NEED REPLACED.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. THEY CAME IN, STRIPPED THE KITCHEN DOWN TO THE WALL STUDS AND REBUILT THE ENTIRE THING ALONG WITH NEW WALLS, FLOORING, APPLIANCES AND FIXTURES. THEY DESIGNED EVERYTHING THEMSELVES AND WITH ONLY A LITTLE BIT OF INPUT.
