"This review is completely unfair. I quoted the lady of the house a price after two other contracts didn't show up. She called us back and asked if we were still interested in the job. Right before we got there a door to door salesman offered to seal her driveway for half our price. I explained that sounded offly fishy. Then after we completed the work she offered me half price and said if it was good enough for the other guy it's good enough for you. When I told her no that wasn't acceptable she said I'll pay you only if I agreed to coat the driveway again so foolishly I agreed. When finished her husband came home and said I thought you were going to cut & remove each individual crack. I told him that's impossible because I don't do that kind of work. Then he and his wife said if we applied a THIRD COAT they would be satisfied and pay me. I said enough is enough. I told them I was going to contact the authorities and file a suit. Instantly they said there was a misunderstanding and blamed it on the language barrier. I will never work for these people again. Furthermore I would discourage any contractor from doing business at this home. Some people think they can take advantage of contractors bye threatening them with negative reviews. When all they want is something for nothing. We take our reputation seriously & we are not allowed bye law to give 4 year guarantees. We put everything in writing and we never give anyone verbal guarantees. We put our policy in writing on the bottom of our invoices in BOLD print."
