ARTHUR'S SELF STORAGE

I have used this facility for a number of years and all was fine until about a year ago. The management has become very rigid and difficult to deal with. The quality of the facility is no longer what it has been in the past. Plaster debris is falling from the ceiling into the storage units in several places. Management is no longer notifying storage unit renters of the debris and is failing to timely cover units to prevent further damage. In addition, the facility lost power for about 10 days during the third noreaster snowstorm this winter. I was at the facility twice but no one was present and, due to the power outage, was unable to gain access to my storage unit. Now that it is time to pay the bill, there is no accommodation being made for the fact that access, climate control, and security were not provided for about 10 days. In addition, they have promptly imposed late fees. Others of us also have experienced difficulties due to the harsh weather and this policy on their part is poor business practice.
