They did a fantastic job from start to finish. It took a long time to grind out the old grout and he worked hard and did an exceptionally thorough job, with none of the old, dirty grout left behind. The shower looked like new when he was done. I was so worried because we recently bought the house and were promised by the seller that the shower grout and caulk would be replaced. However, the handyman they hired did a terrible job but the Grout Savior replaced all the caulk and grout and saved the day. I was so pleased that the shower looked like new when he was done, and I was amazed at how clean the kitchen floor grout was after he used his steam cleaning scrubber machine. He hand mixed the color of the grout paint in the kitchen floor several times until I was completely satisfied with the color. He provided care instructions for all of the new caulk and grout and took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was satisfied with th
