Mr. Fontaine offered to complete the work we needed. He got the job by undercutting other estimates in price, start time, and time to completion. A contract was signed and faxed. Once this happened, the contractor never showed up and never answered phone calls or voicemails. After a few days, we were forced to find another contractor. This held up our entire project. The behavior exhibited by this contractor was very unproffessional.

The estimate was quick and professional, using a laser beam to get the room sizes. We had agreed upon a date but they were a bit backlogged so they postponed by a day and then we had to postpone by another day. But, in the end, they were done before we left to go out of town. They covered furniture and carpets and skim coated. I have to admit the dust from the skim coating was a bit much so we stayed in a hotel for a few nights. The crew was warm and friendly and did a beautiful job. I trusted them with the keys to the house and felt completely at ease doing so. My walls and ceilings which were cracked in a number of places look like new and the paint job is lovely.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD AND ALSO TO THE CHANGES THAT I WANTED TO MAKE.
