My visit went very well. Although, I had never been to this garage before, they diagnosed and fixed the issue free of charge. I would be happy to use them again.

Our family have been using Gerard Auto for over 20 years. We have always been very pleased with the cost and quality of work done. I never felt like I was ever overcharged for any of the work done. Eddie has always taken the time to explain the problem and what needs to be done. He then quotes us an cost estimate which is always spot on. The few times the cost had change was while working on the repair, he would notice another problem. He would always contact us first, let us know the problem and cost and get our OK before continuing on with any extra work. We put all our trust in him when it comes to our cars. We taken both our children's cars to him. Because of Eddie I'm never leery of buying used cars and having him check them out, and using Eddie for any future repairs. In our family we have a 2000 Town and Country minivan with 194,000 miles on it, 03 Coralla 120,000 miles; 99 Coralla 168,000 miles, all brought used and Eddie keeps them all running smooth. Our daughter recently took her car back to a dealer, where she had recently leased it from and had repairs done due to a pot hole. The bill was over $1000. and I fell like she was rip off, for the work that was done. An honest mechanic like Eddie is not easy to fine.

I have no problems with them at all, but it's only open Monday through Friday and there's no weekends. Sometimes with an oil change you would drop your car off and not get until the next day because it's a one man shop, but in general they do a good job so I can't complain. They are professional and courteous. They don't add charges like some other auto mechanics.

Our 2007 Sonata had an intermittent problem with the air conditioner. We had it to two Hyundai dealership several times while under warranty but at no time was the problem fixed. Eventually the problem became worse and my wife wanted to get rid of the car. At this time I suggested taking it to an independent service shop that has some expertise in auto air conditioners. I searched the yellow pages under auto air conditioners and found Gerard Automotive. We brought the car in to them and left with a working air conditioner. When I first brought the car in, I explained my wife's frustration and her belief that the problem couldn't be fixed. I believe the owner took it as a challenge. He did need to keep the car two days but he did a lot of troubleshooting. In the end I believe he was fair and honest. It's nice when they get it right the first time as opposed to just being another parts changer. The air conditioner has been fine ever since.
