Since I bought my home, I have been struggling with a leak issues on an old extension on the back end of my house. Prior to hiring CRS I had several other roofing companies as well as myself attempt to address the issue with no success. To say I was frustrated would be a massive understatement. Through a co-worker I decided to go with CRS to hopefully once and for all address the issue. let me first say the front office staff are extremely pleasant and professional to work with. I Deal mostly with Shannon and she is fantastic. She is very well organized and always returns my calls same day. If I have a question or concern she is always on hand and helpful. whether its through email, text message , or phone call the lines of communication are always open with CRS front office. Full disclosure I have a very unique case/ leak and its still currently an on going issue. Now let me be clear this is in NO fault to CRS and its crew. With that said I would NEVER higher another roofing company other then CRS. Mike Stone ( Director of Residential Operations) and his crew simple put ,are the best. Mike in particular is what you look for in a contractor. Mike like much of his staff is always easily able to get in contact with. He goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is addressed and accounted for. He is very knowledgeable and is an absolute professional. Simply put Complete Roof Systems is a fantastic company. Their work and reputation speaks volumes. Staff and crew are an absolute joy to work with and make what can be a frustrating and dreadful experience easy. With out hesitation, I would highly recommend contacting CRS for anything roof related.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of workmanship and Highly Recommend CRS. The Project Manager, Mike Stone was fantastic! The work performed was not an easy job. I had several other companies who tried to address the problems with my roof and sky-lites, no one was successful, until Mike took over the project. Mike responds immediately no matter what time of day or night it is. He really cares about his customers and he will do whatever it takes to get it done right! Very professional, clean, and courteous. The work was done in 2 days as expected. Great communication, I knew when the team was coming, and leaving. They did a great job and I would hire them again to do siding and other projects. Mike Stone is a great project manager.

Needed to come back a few times to fix some very minor things, but on the whole were very professional and responsive. Great customer service.

Everything went fine.

CRS  replaced my residential flat roof in 2003-4.  The installation went well they did a good job and were proffessional  prompt and on budget.  One of the reasons I chose them is that they bosted about their ability to identify and repair any leaks or problems that may occur and that they were a large company and would be around should anything happen. During the first year they did make some minor corrections and were very prompt and attentive.  For the next 8 years the roof was problem free, however in 2014 a minor leak occured which they did patch at a reasonable cost.  This year the patch they placed the previous year leaked.  When I contacted them in Feb 2015 they said they are no longer repairing residential roofs out of warranty.  (even though it was a repair they made the previous year!).   Like I said , one of the reasons I chose them was their statement that they will always be there to repair any problems.    So.. I would have to rate them an A on installation but D on service. 

They were very professional and timely.

This company is professional from top to bottom. Called for an appointment to look at the problem, Estimator showed up on time, was efficient professional and found the problem. Scheduled the repair crew, who were also prompt , and professional .
A solid organization

They were suppose to have called to let us know when they were coming, instead they just showed up early one morning. The truck came that morning and delivered the new roof, but had neglected to bring the wood for underneath the roof, so we had to call up and wait for that to be delivered. Soon after the roof was finally put on. A couple of days later it had rained and we started having leaks, so we called up and they sent someone over. They had to put some asphalt around the skylights.

It was a fine experience. They did a good job.

It is a very good roof. I recommend everybody use this company. They clean up and they do what they say they will do. They clean up well. They answer the phone and always make it very clear what they will do and send a letter to set your expectations. I don't think anybody can beat them! Price is very good as well.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND THEY ARE READY TO DO THE JOB. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE AND THE WORK THEY DO IS SUPERB.

I THINK THAT THEY DID A REALLY GREAT JOB FOR A REALLY GREAT PRICE. THEY GOT THE ENTIRE JOB DONE IN ONE DAY. THEY MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP EVERYTHING AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME. THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR AS WELL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB BECAUSE I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOF SINCE.
