Cleanouts and Property Services did a perfect job, better service than expected A+++. Rented 20 cubic yard dumpster 8 feet wide by 22 feet long. I removed 20 years of junk and debris from our garage, yard and home. They delivered the dumpster to my home driveway thru our fence gate right up in front of our two car garage first thing Friday morning and took it away fully loaded Monday morning. The swing open door made filling easy. They even helped trim the load it down. Very responsive over mobile text from beginning to end. I should have ordered a 30 cu yd dumpster but we made it fit. The dumpster company was Westphal and I found them through Home Advisor -- a great win. Best price more than worth it. Most recommended - Thank You! Cleanouts and Property Services and crew are the best.

So happy to have found Scott and his company Cleanouts and Property Services from many recommendations on Facebook. I had some debris and garbage left over from a recent remodel. Scott came the day after I called him and hauled away everything. Scott is very fair with his prices as well. I am so appreciative of the job that was done without any notice at all. If you are in the Dumont NJ area, this should be your go-to for junk removal!

Scott was nothing but friendly, professional and timely. Scott responded quickly to my inquiry for removal of parts of an old wooden and chain link fence. He was able to come the next day. The price was far better than other companies that we inquired with and he was able to complete the job quickly. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service.

Scott and his team not only showed up on time, but early! I needed only two pieces of furniture removed and it was gone within 5 minutes of the team arriving to my house. The team was not only professional, but very friendly especially to my dog who was jumping all over them. Will definitely be hiring again for more junk removal!

Excellent experience. On time, thorough, easy to communicate with. Scott assured me that anything that could be repurposed, would be. It was a big reason for hiring him rather than another junk hauler. We are downsizing from a house to a condo, so there were many useful items that should not end up in the dump. I liked this company so much I've hired them for another job.

I decided that I need service after 11pm and to my surprise, I got quick response right then. Over text messages we agreed on price and scheduled for the service. They arrived on time, removed all garbage and were done. In a such challenging times like nowadays, it is hard to get a quote for service, not to get service. Scott and his team came by provide an estimate and hauled away yard full of garbage from my fixer-upper rehab projects. I had a yard full of construction debris with refrigerator, tiles and drywalls. His company uses a auto text app that notifies when he is coming by. He response was also quick with text and he was very courteous on the phone. Since I had some left over paints, he promised that he will come by after paints become dry which he actually honored and came back again to pick them up. His price was very competitive against 5 other competitors who were also from Angie's list. I will certainly consider using his service again.

I don't usually reach out to strangers to work in my home but I was just so impressed by the quality of work these boys do that I had to reach out to them. I was actually recommended by my son who seems to know who man who runs this company. I invited him over and he gave me a brief estimate on the work I needed done, and they came back THE NEXT DAY to get the job done. Everyone from Cleanouts and Property Services was extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend this company for just about any job. Perhaps they could just help organize my shed :-)

Clean outs and property services did such an amazing job!!! My parents needed some things taken out of their house because they are moving and everything was removed perfectly. Plus, no mess and everything was spotless when finished. I would recommend because they are a reasonable price and are great workers!! I will use no doubt use again! :)
