Art was referred to us by another carpenter who was no longer available. In fact the other carpenter gave our information to Art for him to contact us, which he did within a few days. He came by later that week to size up the job and to show us samples of different crown moldings. We settled on an estimate quickly. He had another obligation to complete, so it was a few weeks before he was able to school us, and then we had a week of rain which set the clock back that much further. Once the forecast was optimistic he said he would come, and he followed up over the next days with us. Once the rain let up he was on the job with another man assisting. They worked steadily with good attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by how they shaved off a small section of the molding to fit around an air conditioner duct that was close in a corner: the job is beautiful! Every corner and join was handled perfectly. The only downside to hiring this excellent workman is that he is understandably in high demand.
