Jeff came on time and worked professionally. He has no problem using customer-supplied parts if appropriate (as was the case today). I have used Jeff for my major plumbing work ever since I've lived here, and I'm always pleased with his work.

Bad guy. Bad Company. I had to tell him what part to buy and I had to purchase the part. He installed the part and it is still dripping water. He is very unprofessional.

"This guy is a LIAR!!! First I resarched the Grohe part and ordered it through my supplier. It took 3 weeks to get the part from Grohe because the valve was from the early 90's. He didnt know what manufacturer it was. I did just by looking at the valve. So his statement about telling me what part to get, and that he got the part it is a flat out LIE! Then this guy decided after the work was complete that he was only giving me $200.00. The part alone was $96.00 plus tax. I told this guy that if he did not pay me in full for what the bill was that I would NOT guarantee the work. I would not go back for non payment! He claims that the shower still leaks? If he had paid me in full I would have guaranteed my work so he has only himself to blame!!!"

I found Jeff here on Angieslist. I purchased a townhome in January that had a leak from the upstairs bathroom down into the dining room ceiling. That was the first time that I called Jeff who checked the old leak (had to look in the ceiling) and assured me that the leak was old and corrected (from a shifting toilet that had been resealed). A few months later I had a leaky faucet and shower head (in two different bathrooms) so he checked and repaired them. Lastly was this third call that I asked Jeff to update the plumbing in my kitchen that I am renovating. Jeff is prompt, knowledgable, and trustworthy. As far as plumbers go, I have heard horror stories when it comes to charges and I think that Jeff is very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Came at the requested time. Fixed quickly, made sure everything was working. Explained what was causing the problem. The least money i have ever paid a plumber.

They're not like your typical contractor. They are knowledgeable, on time, they are honest and fix the problem that is needed. They are also friendly.

THIS COMPANY WAS NO GOOD. I WASN'T HAPPY BECAUSE THEY DAMAGED MY WALL AND THE PRICE WAS HIGH. THE ONE THING THAT WAS GOOD WAS THAT THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME.

"I have no idea who this person is? I think that he rated the wrong company, as I have no record of him on my customer base. If I was to damage a customer home in any way the issue would have been fixed, and paid for by us. We do get confused with All week, and All clear plumbing companies in the same area?"
