After being without power for 9 days during and after Hurricane Sandy, we went online to the Generac generator website to obtain a list of authorized Generac installers. We were delighted to find one in our hometown - All Weather. After comparing prices, and discussing options of other generator manufacturers, we decided on Generac and hired Mauricio at All Weather. We feel fortunate to have met him. All Weather performs annual maintenance on the generator, and we like All Weather so much, that we now have them maintain our Lenox Central A/C system and Furnace. They are great to work with, very reliable, and highly professional. Thank you!

My experience with them was good. I choose them because I saw a commercial on TV. The town is coming today to do the inspection, but as far as the installation, everything seemed to go very well. I'm just waiting for the final inspection. I was very satisfied with them. Everyone seemed to be in the same area as far as prices go.

Call and schedule for the next day. Person came in on time. The first thing he said was " This battery is not the one recommended for Generac and i will have to charge you 135 dollars for my service if is not warranty related, do you agree?" (even before looking to the error).I already check the battery status with Generac and they said it was good. Not recommended.

I have a contract with All-Weather to check my generator. It gets tested every week, and if there is an issue, I see their staff in the backyard fixing it without even calling somebody. He is very dependable. I was happy with him. He is not a licensed electrician, but he still did a great job. I didn't call him for anything else, but I have been very happy with the service. He is excellent overall. He is very professional. The only problem that I had with is that he did not tell me that he is not a licensed electrician and he was putting on an electric panel, and that really bothers me. He should have told me that there is another licensed electrician and we will find it. I never thought about it. He did eventually come after the inspector. The electrician did not have a truck that had the name of the company on it. If you are an electrician and you have a business like that, the truck has to have the name of the business and the phone number on the truck. This is something to watch out for. Make sure the contractor has the contract name on the truck.

They replaced our entire roof, have done repairs and all other roof related repairs. We have recommended them to many of our friends and family.

They were slow to respond, their prices got high, and I had to keep calling them to come back out after they supposedly fixed things.
